Aha Lesedi African Lodge & Cultural Village

Nice cultural experience

Good for an overnight stop. Room was large but not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Security guards do not distinguish check-in guest form visitors, so there is a wait at the gate for entry & exit. Doors do not close shut without forcing them. Aircon needs servicing, at full cooling, managed to keep the room at 25 °C. Breakfast was good but not worth R250 as you have many better options in the area at better value.

The cultural center was a magical experience, blending tradition and tranquility. The tours were deeply informative, and the traditional dances left us mesmerized. My daughters absolutely loved it, and the hotel added to the charm. The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Chris, who was friendly and attentive, making our stay unforgettable. The serene environment made it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended for families seeking an authentic cultural and relaxing getaway!

The Lesedi Cultural Village experience was like no other! The place was so clean and the staff was excellent and accommodating. The food was amazing and we got to learn so much about our African history. We also got to see live dance performances at their boma, I would definitely recommend this place. Lastly I would like to give a special shout out to the following staff members who made our stay extra special: Sneppy, Bongi Nkosi, Makhubu matome rangata, Ikageng, Keamogetswe, Nonhlanhla Ntombela, Xolani tour host, and Palesa.
