This hotel is happy to take prepayment for meals that they know they can't provide. Payment is allegedly refunded when you check in, but my refund has not been refunded as yet. I dare say it will be when they have had my payment for the length of time the want to have it. This used to be a really good Premier Inn, see previous reviews. However, even before they closed the restaurant, the quality of the food and service (Experienced also, in stays at other Premier Inns) has been greatly reduced, whilst the cost of one's stay has gone up considerably. This is my last stay in that establishment.
