******* charged me for this room and then the hotel also insisted that I pay for the room. I was charged twice and the hotel won't refund my money. I have called them 7 times.

This hotel was immaculate and beautifully decorated. All rooms are non-smoking. The food is absolutely delicious with very healthy options. The owner Doreen was very kind and helpful. The staff had that wonderful Newfoundland, warmth and humor. I highly recommend this business. In fact, I’m coming back this week with friends to have lunch. The food is delicious.

Incorrect hotel room booking and wrong room provided. The window did not close and could not lock. The bathtub did not drain. The heater unit did not work. A small block heater was provided to heat the room, and it was quite adequate in every regard. I was informed that the heating unit issue was known the week prior but was not addressed. Repeated door lock issues/keycard access issues. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. Note that the light switch by the room door entrance also powers all outlets to the room, including the mini refrigerator. If someone turns off the switch, they will then defrost their fridge and lose food items. Inadequate parking. Main entrance littered with cigarette garbage and debris. No hot water. Inadequate response to these issues by owners and they deflected to say that the kids were a nuisance to other guests. Do not stay here.

This hotel is stunning. The atmosphere is so soothing and the beds are the most comfortable. Lu's Lounge is a must! The food is amazing and the staff are so friendly. This is now my to-go hotel anytime I am visiting in Stephenville. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautifully renovated. Staff was exceptionally wonderful and accommodating to all our requests. Kevin was a gem, down in Lu's Lounge. Steak dinner was delicious. With the livingroom & bedroom in the Ocean view suite, we had tons of room, even when the adult kids stayed the night after having drinks at Lu's. Highly recommend
