This one bedroom/one bathroom cottage is a great place for a family getaway. Relax under our spacious outdoor living area, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake by day or spectacular stars at night. We have two kayaks and a paddle board available for our guests. This property offers privacy and a great way to get away from it all. Only two hours from the DFW area, right on beautiful Possum Kingdom lake. We allow pets ($50 pet fee) . With two sleeper sofas, this house sleeps 6. We have a fully equiped kitchen, kitchen table with seating for six and island with barstools. The covered patio has a dining table and chairs, as well as, an outdoor kitchen(grill/bar/sink/fridge) for enjoying your lakeside view your entire stay!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Please pick up your dogs' droppings or add'l fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No dirty feet in the hot tub.About customRules:Please do not venture on to the neighbors property, boat ramp, or docks..Please do not enter the hot tub with dirt and grass on your feet.
