This one bedroom/one bathroom cottage is a great place for a family getaway. Relax under our spacious outdoor living area, while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake by day or spectacular stars at night. We have two kayaks and a paddle board available for our guests. This property offers privacy and a great way to get away from it all. Only two hours from the DFW area, right on beautiful Possum Kingdom lake. We allow pets ($50 pet fee) . With two sleeper sofas, this house sleeps 6. We have a fully equiped kitchen, kitchen table with seating for six and island with barstools. The covered patio has a dining table and chairs, as well as, an outdoor kitchen(grill/bar/sink/fridge) for enjoying your lakeside view your entire stay!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 2 total).Please pick up your dogs' droppings or add'l fee.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.No dirty feet in the hot tub.About customRules:Please do not venture on to the neighbors property, boat ramp, or docks..Please do not enter the hot tub with dirt and grass on your feet. All needs met, very hospitable and quiet
Had everything we needed and on part of the lake we enjoy, not alot of boat traffic. Property owners were very kind,and always prompt with communication. We definitely want to go back.

Awesome Stay at PK
I highly recommend experiencing this beautiful cabin. Heidi and Markus are terrific hosts. Cabin was fully stocked everything you might need. Just bring your food, drinks and your boat if you have one! Perfect stay at Possum Kingdom! We will definitely be back!

Perfect!!
This was the best VRBO we have used! It is so cute, comfortable, and Romantic for a couple! We loved the hotub, kayaks, paddle boards, and the cabin itself! I would not change a thing! The view is phenomenal, and the privacy is even better!

Serene escape
