In diesem Ressort stimmt einfach alles. Den Besitzern ist es gelungen, einen ganz besonderen Platz zu erschaffen. Das Areal lädt zum Bleiben ein... für IMMER! Das Team passt einfach, sowohl von seiner fachlichen Kompetenz (ein gastronomisches Highlight) als auch von seiner Freundlichkeit, seiner unaufdringlichen und doch ständigen präsenten Dienstleistung in jeder Hinsicht. Wir fühlten uns einfach rund um die Uhr umsorgt. Dieses Anwesen mit seinen vielen und wunderbaren Dienstleistungen ist jeden Euro wert. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Ho scoperto questo hotel durante un viaggio con il mio ragazzo. Il posto é magnifico, un servizio su misura, attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Il personale è stato fantastico. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande.

Freunde haben uns diesen besonderen Ort empfohlen und all unsere Erwartungen wurden noch einmal deutlich übertroffen. Alles!!!, was für einen Hotelaufenthalt nennenswert ist, war perfekt: die Inhaberin und ihr Team gehen in jeder Beziehung die Extra-Meile! Jeder Wunsch wird-sofort- erfüllt. Nicht nur das Haupthaus und die Villen, sondern jeder Fußbreit auf der Farm sagen „Hier wurde mit Herz, Verstand und Hand etwas Einmaliges geschaffen“ (U.a. wurden ca. 10.000 Bäume gepflanzt). Überall gibt es kleine Glücklichmach-Details zu entdecken. Um eine herrliche Zeit zu verbringen, muss man die Farm nicht verlassen: etliche Pools in allen Größen, MTB-Strecke auf hohem Niveau, herrliche angelegte Wege. Das Küchen-Team hat in dem stylischen Dinner Raum unsere Gaumen entzückt. Die Weine sind hervorragend. Es herrscht eine himmlische Ruhe, wie wir sie noch nie in einem südafrikanischen Hotel erlebt haben (AC, Straßen, Restaurants…). Nein: für diese aussergewöhnliche Beurteilung ist nicht das tolle Upgrade verantwortlich, welches uns erwartet hat. Ludus Magnus funktioniert einfach als Komplett-Paket! Für uns waren es unvergleichliche und unvergessliche Tage im Paradies, die wir tief in unserem Herzen mit nach Hause nehmen!

What a fabulous place to celebrate a birthday, magnificent views and the venue us out of this world. The food was amazing the staff were friendly and professional. Even though it’s just out of Franschhoek it’s well worth the stay. Highly recommend

From the entrance, you are already falling out of the world. Everything is so well designed and maintained. The presence of the owner makes you feel special. She is taking care of her guest and her employees as a her own family. The employees are so attentive to your needs, and the food is genuine with a 5-star touch.

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with friends and stayed in the 3 bedroom villa, which was beautiful! From the moment we stepped in we were warmly welcomed by their team with a birthday cake, welcome drinks, a song, a beautiful spread, song and kind smiles from the team. The villa was beautiful and overlooked the vineyards. Everyone member of the team was so kind and helpful. The food was also delicious and had breakfast and a braii at the manor. It was such a special place and will be fondly rememebered for this special celebration
