Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Wild Mushroom. Dankeschön an Rachelle und Deoni für ihre liebenswürdige Art und die tolle Betreuung. Sehr viel Komfort und es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Wir haben die Zeit bei Euch sehr genossen und beim nächsten Südafrika Aufenthalt sind wir garantiert wieder bei euch und werden gerne für euch Werbung machen ☺️. Vielen Dank auch ans Personal, vor allem an Nolu die sich sehr aufmerksam um uns gekümmert hat. Wir vermissen jetzt schon euren Service und unseren speziellen Frühstückstisch.

I stayed at the Wild Mushroom for 3 nights, and at the time had had to make a last minute booking. I was pleasantly welcomed by the Manager on Duty and was pleased not tonly to secure a booking but also the flexibility to pay on arrival. Its a lovely location in terms of serenity and scenery with a breath taking view of the Stellenbosch Mountains. The rooms are each uniquely designed with individual themes, and kept very clean. At night it is however a distance from the shops and tghus orders may arrive with a slight delay. This was not a problem for me, but worth highlighting nonetheless.

A lovely guesthouse with a beautiful garden. The staff is very friendly. The two ladies that run the guesthouse are so helpful and make you feel at home. A place to relax.

We had a great stay in this lovely hotel. The check in was quick and efficient, the room spacious and well appointed with working air-conditioning and a good size bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. We had a nice little terrace outside our room to admire the views from too. There was a nice clean pool with ample sun loungers and the views from the property are superb. The hotel is located a simple 10 minutes drive from the centre of Stellenbosch town centre, on a secure estate surrounded by some beautiful homes. There is a security access gate which is manned 24 hours a day by the most lovely team of guards we came across during our 5 weeks visit to SA. Always friendly, once you complete the initial check before checking in to the hotel, a simple wave of your room key and they let you in with a cheery smile - very different to some of the other access staff we encountered at other places. Breakfast was pleasant enough, with excellent coffee but at times service was a little slow. There's also an honesty bar if you fancy a drink at any time. The only thing that could have made the stay better, was if there had been an on-site restaurant for the evening but as mentioned, it's only 10 minutes into Stellenbosch. Overall we would definitely return and recommend.

My Wife & I had the perfect stay at Wild Mushroom. An immaculately well kept Property with the most amazing and friendly Staff one could hope for. We were there for 3 nights only which was our only regret....we both wished we could have stayed much longer. That said we will be returning as soon as we can. A huge thank you to the whole Team.
