Staff all very helpful & friendly. I was thankful to have a cafe on site. Our apartment 108 was basic but clean with daily housekeeping service. We shut all the windows to keep the annoying mosquitoes out - thankful for air con in the apartment. Sadly my only complaint was the WiFi - it died a couple of days into our stay & there wasn’t anyone available to repair it. We had to log onto other apartments’ WiFi when available. Most annoying! Especially as I spent time in the apartment when my husband played golf. I hope they fix it before the next guests arrive.

The apartment is really cute and functional. A good use of space! Service was amazing. Kitchen had all the amnesties, air in really helped on the heat of stellenbosch, private and secure parking space

Oude/slecht onderhouden studentenhokken. Dit is zeker niet aan te raden aan toeristen die uitgerust van de omgeving willen genieten. Betonnen bedden. Ingezakte banken. Matig ontbijt. Koude eieren/spekjes. Geen/weinig servies. Ik ga hier nooit weer heen.

Besite that we got robbed from our room of 400€ from cleaning stuff, reported robbery and didn't recive any explanation ,compensation nor even apology...beside that accomondation on photos looks like new and shiny and in reality its quite beaten up, blinds are demmaged and can't be used properly, sink doesn't drein properly and is small, soap is more like grease and you can't get it off your hands, beside first towels smelling like dead body and next towels smelling like chlorine. beside wifi not working half the time and elsehow a lot of pages blocking you because of suspicious activity coming from this IP, and related accident of someone trying to autorize payment with one of our credit card (even thought maybe this one thing is not related to your apartment). Beside difficulties to get invoice as proof of bussines expenses and at arrivel getting wrong rooms, when we booked rooms with single beds and got family beds, there is really not much else to coplain about...
