I made an online booking to stay at this property, but unfortunately, I had to cancel my entire trip due to flooding in our are (Addo, Eastern Cape). I contacted the property to explain my situation and to ask if they could please waiver the cancellation fee as circumstances were out of my control. I was told that they will take it up with management. Same day reply was a one liner, stating that policy is 100% cancellation, thus no refund. I have dealt with many properties before, and must say, NEVER have I had a property be so closed off to unforeseen circumstances (which sometimes happens). I have learnt a very expensive lesson and will not recommend this property to anyone

Do not believe everything you see on the pictures.. Luckily alot of time was spent away from the property.

This stay was absolutely wonderfull! The staff was friendly and helpfull and the amenities was great! I would 100% recommend Quiver Tree!

I had room 206. It is invested with cockroaches. Big ones and tiny ones. At one stage one cockroach crawled up the bed onto my duvet while I was sleeping . Felt uncomfortable being there. Can’t do anything in the kitchen cos it was crawling all over the counter . Never again .

Location is excellent, all the staff give a great service especially jubilian is extremely good, only breakfast needs to be customised for international customers, also provision for bottles water to be tied up with nearby mall for supplying to room at affordable prices

Comfortable and clean apartments with good Wi-Fi connection. Safe and secure. Breakfast is amazing - I would love a hotel chef to come home with me to make omelettes, they are superb! Hotel staff are so helpful and friendly. Great budget stay.

We stayed with a group of UK students on a Youth Orchestra tour. We could not have been better looked after; really helpful hotel staff. Food was amazing - breakfast is freshly cooked and really good and the dinners they cooked for our group were fantastic. Braai and Chakalaka was a really highlight!
