Exquisite location with gorgeous views. The room had central heating which was very welcome in winter.
Highly recommend the Spa - we treated ourselves to one of the personal journey packages and it was totally worth it.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived however when we got to our room, it looked like no one had been in it for months. There were no bathroom toiletries and no tea coffee or milk in the room. The handbasin tap was loose and you had to hold it steady to turn it on. The shower door had a gap and didn’t close properly so water went all over the floor. The phone was not working - all you got was static when you picked it up. One side of the bed had USB connectors which was great but there was no table to put your devices on. The fridge cable had been pulled out of the wall and we realised why when we connected it and it made a constant hum all night long. I requested a flatter pillow and nobody ever got back to me about it. From the outside the place looks fairly rundown. On the plus side breakfast was good and they run a shuttle to and from the township for you. Can highly recommend Ruben’s restaurant in town for a place to eat. As we had an early flight, we were given a breakfast box to take with us. My husband received extra items more than I did. How difficult can it be to ensure they are equal amounts in each bag? Would not recommend staying here

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May. The hotel is slightly out of town but this did not impact us at all as the shuttle bus was freely available with good drivers who knew the area well and were able to offer good recommendations. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was perfectly located, modern, clean and tidy. Bathroom and coffee provisions were provided and updated daily.

Thank you to the exceptional Le Franschhoek Hotel team for making our stay so memorable! From the warm welcome on a very wet and cold day to every touch point throughout our stay the team were efficient, helpful and full of smiles. Our room was luxurious, spacious and so quite - much appreciated as we stayed in. And then there are the gardens and views. We will be back!

On a garden route road trip we stayed for 2 nights. Spacious room but unfortunately upstairs and my mobility isn’t good. However it was a very comfortable stay. A shuttle service to town and can recommend The French Connection restaurant. Staff at the hotel are wonderful as was my back massage at the Spa

This hotel is a great place to stay. The staff and food were lovely. Rooms spacious and in a great setting a little outside the town. They had hotel shuttle to and from the town which was great so we could enjoy the wines of the region. We on wine tram tour one of the days. Highly recommend.
