The log cabin was a serene and welcome reprieve from busy Cape Town. It's the perfect place to relax amongst incredible mountainous views. The service was top class. We felt so looked after from the minute we stepped foot onto the property. The venue has also been decorated with so much character and care for it's guests. The meals were delicious and so fresh. It's worth having dinner here at least one night, despite the many options at your fingertips in Stellenbosch. If you like pets, there are also adorable dogs and cats who walk around and greet you throughout your stay!

This log cabin was one of our most incredible highlights of our South Africa travels. The perfect combination of luxury, wildlife, views, food and ambience. I can’t speak highly enough of this place! The rooms are so clean and big, the staff are so friendly and the chef is brilliant at breakfasts and dinners. The chef was truly brilliant at explaining everything and shows a great passion for his work. The photos of the 360 views don’t do it justice- incredible. We will no doubt be back next year. To top it off, lovely dogs simba and Sabrina were adorable and welcoming! Helene had great communication too. Thank you!! 100% stay at least 3 nights

We had a lovely stay at the log cabin. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The view is just amazing for relaxing. Service and food are an point. Would recommend

Chill outside Stellenbosch
This is a gem of place. Beautiful site with its own pool, hot tub, restaurant and gardens supplying the vegetables for the table.
The chef is a great character and very good. The drinks offer there is also very good and trusting with an honesty box for payment.

Wir hatten die tolle Suite mit dem eigenen kleinen Pool und dem Hot tub. Die liegt etwas oberhalb vom Hauptgebäude und man hat seine absolute Ruhe mit eigenem Parkplatz. Helene war eine super Gastgeberin und alle Angestellten sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück super - nur das Abendessen ist selbst für Südafrikanische Verhältnisse sehr teuer. Es ist gut gewesen, aber da wünschte ich mir noch etwas mehr Auswahl und etwas fairere Preise. The Log Cabin kann ich nur empfehlen :-)).
