We were not greeted well by the owners friend. In fact he was very rude and unhelpful. However the manager Carmen apologised for his behaviour but sadly our two night stay was already spoilt. Hopefully this will not happen again but the owner Pia was less caring than Carmen when we spoke to her lster. Unfortunate or uncaring?

Great experience. Good food and good wine. Unfortunately the restaurant is closing soon. Accommodation is beautifully appointed rooms with all amenities. Great views and great hosts. Communal pool area was great to used on a nice summers day. The staff at the Restuarant were very helpful and breakfast in the morning on the patio with the view over the vineyards are incredible first thing in the morning.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal bei Kunjani Wines und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Es ist einfach "Wohlfühlen vom ersten bis zum letzten Augenblick" bei Pia und Paul und ihrem phantastischen Team. Wir wohnten in der Shiraz Villa und haben den Blick über die Weinfelder mit exzellentem Kunjani Wein genossen.

The layout of the "stolen chicken" is really well planned out. The loadshedding didnt affect the comfort as an inverter was installed. the view from the room is relaxing and nice. parking is right by the house. the beds are very comfortable.

Wir verbrachten im Oktober zwei Nächte in der Stolen Chicken Villa. Das Weingut ist sehr ruhig gelegen und von dem Appartment hat man direkten Ausblick auf die Rebberge. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir die sehr gute Ausstattung des Appartments inkl. der Küche. Es ist alles in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können es auch mit Kindern empfehlen.

We really enjoyed staying in Kunjani, beautiful cottages in a scenic, quiet and safe area of Stellenbosch. Kunjani wines and therestaurant are outstanding. It was our second time within 2 years and we will come again for sure. Many thanks to Pia and here team who are great hosts.

Wir waren im Januar mit 3 Personen für ein paar Tage zu Gast auf dem Kunjani Weingut. Gewohnt haben wir in der Stolen Chicken Villa, in der wir großzügige Räume vorgefunden haben, deren Aufteilung (beide Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer) perfekt ist. Zusätzlich gab es sogar noch ein drittes WC. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, es gab Kuscheldecken, sowie Poolhandtücher für den zur Unterkunft gehörenden Pool, an dem auch Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stehen. In der Küche findet man alles, was man von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche erhoffen kann. Insgesamt ist alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dieser individuelle Stil findet sich auch im Restaurant wieder, das wir sehr empfehlen, da die Küche aus regionalen, frischen Produkten super leckeres Essen zaubert, das von einem sehr motivieren, zuvorkommenden Team serviert wird. Auch die Weine, die bei einem Tasting kennengelernt werden können, machen Lust auf mehr. Auch ein kleiner Shop inspiriert zum Kauf regionaler Kunst. Die Gastgeber Pia und Paul sind sehr engagiert und man spürt das Herzblut, das im Kunjani steckt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, da an diesem wunderschönen Ort Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und kulinarische Erlebnisse aufeinander treffen. Weiter so & vielen Dank an das Team.
