Dopo le ottime premesse del ristorante annesso, Grande delusione appena entrati nella stanza che ci è stata assegnata. Le pareti scrostate con fori e intonaco cadente. Arredi vecchi e sporchi ragnatele sul soffitto e fili elettrici a vista. Il pavimento era con piastrelle staccate. Va bene pagare per un servizio ma per una stanza fatiscente 90€ mi sembrano veramente troppi.

Passing through the Marche, I chose this b&b above all for the nice reviews but also for its location near the sea and close to Ascoli Piceno, as well as its proximity to some beautiful villages to visit. And I did great! Both my family and I were very satisfied because we found kindness, availability and comfort. The gentleman who welcomed us (unfortunately I don't remember his name) immediately made himself available with valuable advice, everything necessary was present in the room and the structure is truly very beautiful and well kept, large spaces and everything very well looked after. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. All perfect. It's a shame we weren't able to try their restaurant, given that we were passing through in a "dead" period, between New Year's Eve and the Epiphany. We will definitely see each other again in the summer. Thanks again for your availability

Very affordable price in mid-August, large and adequately furnished rooms. The breakfast is good, there are some drawbacks: there is no air conditioning, you can hear street noise, in the garden there are very annoying headlights placed on the windows.
