The first night was lovely and breakfast was glfantastic. Unfortunately we were not informed there was a wedding on. Our room was directly above the event. As we had informed the hotel we had a newborn baby with us, I am appalled they put us in this room. I have had to sit in the bathroom with him to get him to sleep, as it was the only place quiet enough for him to rest. However the toilet is vibrating, we stayed in the bathroom with the fan (white noise) for 3hours just so our baby could sleep although he was still disturbed depending on the song itself. They could not move us rooms either. We paid for a king-size room and the bed was a double! We will not be returning, such a shame as after the first night we had planned on coming back. A young man called Antony did all he could to help us. Also when we checked in we asked for help with our sons medicine as it had to be kept in the fridge, which he took of. We were coming down to get it and he was on his way up with a bucket of ice and and the medicine in it as we needed it early hours.

We stayed at Steeton Hall having spent the day in nearby Haworth/Keighley. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was huge and had a jacuzzi bath and extremely comfortable bed and the breakfast was excellent (continental available to 'pick at' and then plenty of choice from the hot menu). The price we paid for the night (including breakfast) was unbelievable value and we would definitely stay again if in the area.

Pre warned about arriving before check in, once arrived talked to a member of staff informing them I would be back late due to a meeting and family get together, was told not an issue and a key would be left, also sent a email. When I arrived, a key was out but for someone else. Still no response from this place.

It's definitely the staff that made my visit special. Maisie and Angela were amazing, professional, attentive, and friendly. Both are a credit to the hotel, and you are very lucky to have them. Food was super lovely, and the full English was the best I have ever had and made by Chris. Thank you chef x the grounds are stunning, and you can work from here too. You don't have to be staying to use the facilities. Just pop in for a coffee, breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Booked for Sunday lunch, did not disappoint. Kitchen staff went above and beyond, accommodating my picky family with varying requests, nothing was too much trouble. Food was delicious with a great choice. Our lovely waiter was great and attentive. Thank you for a lovely afternoon

My daughter was married here yesterday, and I'm probably a little biased, but everyone I spoke to said it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Angela and the team had everything organised to the nth degree. Seamless transitions from ceremony to meal to disco in the evening. Nothing was too much trouble. 55 guests were served good hot food promptly and with great care. The rooms were warm and the beds were extremely comfortable. It's a beautiful building with a rich history. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
