Most staff were friendly (except women “bellboy” & Spa women- sorry I don’t like to be given unhelpful “take/it or leave it and “talking down attitudes “ by hotel staff when I am on holiday.) Avoid concierge and spa staff - one of the women there took us on a “welcome tour” which turned into an “upsell/cross sell experience which was annoying (we didn’t take the “timeshare event” or buy the person a coffee mug.). Don’t search for hotel spa price menu on the internet because the public facing web pages do not reflect (IMHO) the ridiculous high prices expected on-site (over $200 for a 1 hour classic massage?). I thought the hotel would respect their public website price ($130) but not the case when I complained to the front desk. My wife was very disappointed. Please note the concierge will enable some free discount vouchers but when I asked to use them at the tour desk “inside” the hotel I was told I cannot use. Nothing on the voucher indicated any restrictions. Personally I would give this hotel 7/10, and good value for money if on a retired person limited funds. Hotel quality was good - housekeeping keeps room and hotel clean. Facilities were good- nice pools, beach looked OK but the sea and seafloor was dodgy (plankton/muddy) . Food options were excellent- we tried the 4 main restaurants and the staff and food quality was good. I last visited Jamaica once before 40 years ago, perhaps I had a better experience then or my old memory has faded over time. Didn’t recall the same irritating staff issues on that visit.

All the staff at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites were friendly, warm, welcoming and extremely accomodative! Shout out to Dianne from the Greek restaurant for making our last dinner as a family a special one!!

The room was very nice and very well maintained. Lobby and outdoor facilities were attractive and inviting. However, pool and beach area were very crowded, and the buffet dining room was overly noisy (except for the back room that is open during breakfast), We were attending the wedding of a friend at the Grand, but we stayed at the more reasonably priced Suites. Initially we were told at guest services that we would need to be charged extra to go to the the event we were invited to because we were not staying at the Grand. While this issue was eventually resolved, we were distressed at the possibility of needing to pay more to attend an event where we were invited guests.

Estuvimos 7 noches , el check in es lentísimo , dosis de un viaje de más de 6 horas de vuelo , llegamos rápido al hotel del aeropuerto de Montego , pero si bien estaban atendiendo varias personas en el counter , por cada familia se demoraban una vida , las habitaciones super cómodas , la infraestructura del hotel buena , linda piscina , buena playa , el buffet cotidiano regular nomas , nosotros los peruanos que comemos maravilloso somos bien exigentes en ese tema, pero tenías varias opciones , lo que sí es bastante mejor son la oferta de restaurantes para cenar , bastante aceptables , lo que sí no entendimos por qué no había A/C en las zonas comunes cerrados , solo había en tu habitación , pero en el rato de lugares hacía mucha calor incluso de noche

Greek Reataurant at a Jamaican resort!!?? What a pleasant surprise, the food was great. But the service took it over the top, Terry Ann and Dianne who seated, served, and attended to us made this 5 star experience. Well done!!! Be sure to check this restaurant choice out!

Extraordinaria atención en el prestige de la playa de Leroy (camarero) y siendo gold del prestige gracias a la atención de nuestra representante del club, Xiomi, pasamos a la categoría Black. Sugerencias: mayor variedad de menues vegetarianos y gluten free. Y más animación, fiesta o música en la noche, para tentar a los clientes latinos. Trabajaría en la llegada o el intento de conectar con el público latino en la atención y en la animación

Exceptional staff at Iberostar Selection and Suites Miranda Buffet. Stephanie goes above and beyond for guest. She is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about what the resort has to offer. She is always willing to help guest navigate the process. She has leadership qualities. She puts her best foot forward and is happy in her customer service role. I think Stephanie would be a great addition to the management team. Its important to have employees that support a companie's mission ,vision and values.

La estadía fue bastante placentera. Vale destacar la atención en el prestigie, sobre todo de Leroy, serio pero súper atento. En cuanto al idioma, faltarían más representantes de habla hispana o que sepan interactuar con el público que no domina tanto el inglés. En este aspecto cabe destacar el trabajo de Xiomi, que nos ayudó muchísimo. Su trabajo fue impecable. Con respecto a la comida, muy variada pero pocas opciones gluten free.
