Joia Rose Hall by Iberostar

The experience at JOIA was amazing! From the pleasant informative check in with Gregory, exceptional professional service from our butlers Rushane and Jamie (Berris was adopted by us too! lol!), all the delicious food at the buffet and Surf and Turf, the stunning views from our balcony, fast room service delivery from Andre, the relaxing vibes at the relax pool and turn up music at the swim up bar, to the excellent spa services. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Our butlers really impacted this trip. I’ve had butler service at other resorts, but this service was top notch! They went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated them. We will be back real soon! 2 nights was not enough time, but we enjoyed every single minute.

I’ve been a loyal client of the Iberostar Joia since 2009 and what keeps me coming back are the truly outstanding employees. This trip was made more special under the care of our Butler Rushane, beyond and beyond the normal call of duty and with great care/attention to detail. The entire team in every roll are the greatest I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

Dates of Stay: July 12–16, 2025 From the moment we arrived at Iberostar (Joia), Montego Bay we were treated like royalty. We arrived at the property early in the morning so our room was not available until the afternoon but it was definitely worth the wait. The experience was nothing short of amazing. We told the front desk that we were celebrating my brother’s birthday and they went all out with decorated room along with Champaign, cake and welcome gift. Every detail, from the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout our stay, exceeded our expectations. Staff: The true heart of Iberostar is its exceptional staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. Big thanks to Tarsha Richards and Julleth Green for making out travel arrangements amazing and certainly memorable. Special shout out to Head Chef – Patricia who went out of her way for a very special dinner for our entire party – very delicious and unexpected. Much appreciated!! Dinner server – Vanya and Breakfast server Renee were very attentive to all our needs and looked out for us with very special local treats. Additional staff members such as Kenesha, Tiana, Toshae, Tiffany, and entertainment team Mell Money were amazing. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel special. Facility: The Joia property is simply breathtaking. Modern, elegant, and spotlessly maintained, it perfectly blends luxury with Caribbean charm. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and offered all the comforts we could ask for. The pool areas were stunning, and the beach was postcard-perfect. The on demand food truck service and also the food hut were very convenient to grab a quick bite while at the beach. Every space on the property felt thoughtfully designed and immaculately cared for. Food & Amenities: The dining options were incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious cuisine. From gourmet meals to local Jamaican favorites, every bite was a delight. We especially loved the fresh seafood and vibrant cocktails. The massage, spa, fitness center, and evening entertainment added even more richness to our experience. Overall: Iberostar (Joia) in Montego Bay is the definition of a dream getaway. It's rare to find a resort that delivers on all fronts—service, beauty, comfort, and genuine hospitality—but Joia does it flawlessly. We’re already talking about our return trip. The hotel is just beautiful, with gorgeous features, & the rooms are absolutely stunning! Like really stunning! Huge comfortable bed, a jacuzzi bath in a huge bathroom, a supersized swing chair on the balcony, - your comfort is the hotels absolute priority. The spa is lush & all staff, from pool bar to hotel cleaners are super friendly, especially Cedric, who was so helpful & gracious in settling us into our stay. Cannot rate this hotel highly enough.

Great Resort! The staff were very attentive. I will definitely stay here again in the future. The Butler service was top notch!
