Best place to stay in Jamaica. The service and good exceptional. Great staff that’s friendly and professional. This was my best anniversary ever. Thanks to the great staff at Hyatt Ziva. I appreciate all of you so much. Much love and respect.

Amazing time. We are a family with 2 small children and were looking for a relaxing all inclusive. One of the best resorts i've been to. We had a butler suite at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. The overall experience of restaurants and vacation were great. The butler service was nice touch to help with coordination. Huge shout out to Allison a waitress at diroza restaurant who was amazing. She made sure our kids were attended to so that my wife and i could have a nice dinner. She even went to the next door cafe and got some candy to give them as a dessert. :-) It was really nice. Overall highly recommend this resort for families.

For an all inclusive resort, I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the food, it was delicious! Hotel was not over crowded, bartenders were great and all the staff was super friendly. Travelled with my husband and three adult children ages, 23,22 & 18. Plenty of entertainment for all ages. Loved the karaoke! Definitely would book here again!

The hotel was not worth the cost. The food was not very good. The hotel itself is pretty run down — the cushions on the outdoor furniture and especially the cabana cushions were downright gross. I can’t believe people were actually sitting on those in bathing suits. People were vaping at the table next to us while eating in one of the restaurants, and smoking down by the beach. This place was just not my vibe.

My family & I recently stayed at this resort and the overall experience was overshadowed by poor customer service. The resort itself is beautiful. The pool was a great central location for my family and I to meet, relax, and enjoy. One of the bartenders, Nicholi did an amazing job. Kudos to him for being accommodating and making sure we had a great time. The spa was the highlight of the trip. My wife & I were able to receive massages from the Hyatt Zilara Adults Only area which took place on the beach. My masseuse Rosemarie did an excellent job & our greet Rita. Rita gave us a tour of the facility and made sure that everything was arranged appropriately. The customer service we received from the spa was a 10/10. Unfortunately, the rest of the resort customer service did not live up to the same standard. We had a frustrating encounter at the sports bar when attempting to order food prior to the kitchen closing however the chef was extremely dismissive and unable to accommodate our needs. I also did not like the check out process. I arrived in the lobby 30 mins prior to pick up and was unable to check in an appropriate amount of time. The staff did not have a sense of urgency to meet my check out needs requiring my transportation (thankfully) to leave the resort and go pick up other people then return to pick me up. The inconsistent service played a severe dissatisfaction of the resort in totality and I would not be back to visit that Hyatt location due to those areas of inefficiencies.
