Хорошее расположение. Тихий район. Рядом парк где можно погулять. От центра на машине 7 минут. Номер сьют реально просторный. Всё что надо есть. Ковролин только бы освежить. Шумоизоляция тоже средняя. Цена/качество полностью соответствует.

Отель не плохой. Доброжелательный персонал. Я жил в стандартном номере на 6 этаже (есть лифт). Номер хороший, везде чисто, все функционирует и работает. В номере кондиционер, халат, тапочки, чайник, бутилированная вода, холодильник, сейф, мыльные принадлежности (станок и пена для бритья, зубная щётка и паста, гель, шампунь, мыло). На этаже комната с утюгами и гладильной доской, а также куллер с водой. Есть бесплатная парковка для гостей отеля (надземная и подъемная). Шведский стол - непонятный, в кафе на 1 этаже отеля, с 8 до 10.0. Там и шведский стол и блюда за деньги не входящие в шведский стол. Я если честно запутался (это можно брать, это нет). В итоге я взял кофе, рис с сосисками, салат, чизкейк. В данном кафе кстати можно бюджетно поесть на обед и ужин. Прямо на против отеля магазин "Пятёрочка".

Замечательный отель! Лучшее соотношение цены и качества. Отель очень чистый. Идеально блестящая сантехника, нет и намёка на плесень. Удобные матрасы и подушки, кипельно белые халаты и простыни. Шумоизоляция идеальная. Тихо, тепло, нет посторонних запахов. Рекомендую.

Отель Мелисса отличный. Чисто, номер большой, удобные матрасы и подушки, есть холодильник. Приветливый персонал, помогли забронировать номер с удобным расположением комнат. Расположен отель в тихом месте, есть своя подземная парковка. Обязательно ещё вернёмся.

За день до поездки отменили по своему усмотрению бронь, обосновав гос.заказом. Пришлось искать другую гостиницу. Впервые сталкиваемся с подобным отношением от гостиниц с четырьмя звездами. Сюрреализм. Возмущению нет предела
