This was a simple sleep over, the room was clean, tidy and ticked all the boxes except for the view which for me wasn’t that important. The staff were friendly and open, the breakfast adequate but like the hotel in general lacked finish and was showing its well used age. An improvement in presentation on all fronts could make this hotel excellent

Hotel location is good, take the airport bus to the end of the bus and walk to the front of the car for a few tens of meters to the hotel, 160 kr. per person, to the pier of the boulder stone is also very close, the hotel breakfast is rich with gym, the front desk is a woman, a man, male I can speak Chinese. The hotel lies in the great location of the city. With its height, you can enjoy beautiful scenery while having meals. The breakfast is absolutely the highlight. There, you will not only have everything you want to eat in the morning, but also the typical norwegian salmon meal. A tip: registered member can get great discount for booking rooms. It would make the value of the hotel the best one in Stavanger! Recommendable!

Staid here for a couple of nights while visiting Stavanger. It is located on a good location, on the edge of the city centre with a nearby big public parking that is paid. However, we had plenty of issues with the check-in process and the whole service that is automated and quite frankly bad. First the app for check in never managed to load the key on the phone meaning that we could not get in the hotel since the ring bell did not make anyone show up so we were lucky someone was entering one minute after we came. We had two reservations and the app told us it was the same room but the keys stopped working the next day and no one was picking up the phone on any of their numbers although it says 24 hour service but I guess Sunday was not included. Luckily we managed to find a cleaning lady who managed to resolve it but it still took us at least 90 minutes to figure it out. She was extremely helpful but otherwise bad service all the way. The room itself was fine, clean and big enough with a bathroom that was a bit too small and difficult to use for me. We did get breakfast as well, which was a new service and that worked but quality was so-so. They did answer to our emails, just a bit too late so its not a place I would recommend to anyone but I can not say its very bad, just barely average with potential issues along the way.

It was the first time I stayed in a hotel with dinner, which was very convenient. Good service attitude. Very close to the ferry terminal to Pulpit Rock. In addition, the bus station to the airport is also very close.

Bottled mineral water in the refrigerator is charged, but a kettle is provided. I traveled in Europe for half a month and stayed in nearly 10 hotels with a price of about 1,000 yuan. The breakfast at this hotel is the most abundant. There are many types, the taste is good, and the business hours are very long. Generally speaking, it is worth recommending.
