Siamo soggiornando in questo hotel da incubo dal giorno 26/07. In questa struttura manca completamente la pulizia e la cura verso il cliente. Ieri sera al ritorno presso la struttura,la nostra stanza non era stata rifatta. Davanti alle nostre rimostranze ci è stato detto che le pulizie non vengono fatte tutti i giorni. Durante la notte il water si è intasato con la conseguente fuoriuscita di acqua e tutto il resto.Ho dovuto chiudere l'acqua per evitare l'allagamento ed ulteriori disagi. Come se non bastasse si è intasato il lavandino perché l'acqua non scorreva. Durante la notte,non siamo riusciti a dormire per il forte rumore proveniente dal condizionatore peraltro vecchissimo. Allego solamente le foto perché il sito non mi permette di caricare i video. Esperienza pessima e da evitare assolutamente questo albergo squallido.

Curtains half hanging from rod , bathroom slide door broken and a mess, shower was streaked with grease- filthy, room door was opened when we entered. A total spooky experience, mismatched worn furniture jammed in room. Complaint to Choice Hotels said we are sorry for your experience. We will send maintenance to check out. The front desk clerk was eerie.

Accommodations were not at the level that it was ranked at. Older stained carpets in the hallways and rooms. Bathroom/shower area was very dated.

Property has aged poorly over the years
I've stayed at this Sleep Inn over the past 15 years. I loved the location since if you are heading north on 77, it allows you to get through Charlotte traffic and start the next day relatively stress free. Unfortunately, this property is really showing it's age as it is in need of a remodeling. The price's they charge (inexpensive) compensate for the poor conditions. They had me on the first floor (basement) and I could hear the water rushing down the pipes when everyone would flush from upstairs. If you stay here, make sure you have an upstairs room (floor 3 or 4)
