I thought this was a nice hotel until I got a call a few weeks after my stay asking me to pay $100 for the sheets in the room I stayed in "because they found some blood spots". I did not have a cut or any type injury that would cause the spots and did not see any blood but the lady who called (Tika) said they were completely ruined and had to be destroyed. She wanted me to pay for the sheets and I told her $100 was ridiculous and I wouldn't pay it. She went ahead and charged the card I had paid with $200. I called her but she wasn't there so I left a message that I want my money back. I don't know if this is a scam but it sure seems like one, she was not authorized to charge me and I want my money back!

Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very attentive to everyone's needs. Restaurant has a variety of options food was good and waitress very good anticipating all our needs.

Very nice. It's right off the highway. Checked in awhile ago. Very friendly front desk clerk. A little old but very clean and affordable. The bed and pillows are comfy. The bathroom is nice and large They even offer Dove soap. My favorite. Very convenient to restaurants and gas stations. Will stay again. Even though I haven't seen the breakfast yet I'm sure it's good.

Property is rather old school, with bar and restaurant and layout that boxes around the outdoor pool - but despite it's age, it is well kept and clean throughout. Carpets could certainly use replacing. The room was spacious, clean and had comfy beds and pillows. This Ramada is convenient to service station, interstate and even a Hardee's within a very short walk. Overall a fine self-contained property for traveler's rest.

Our company had the food catered. Very fresh and followed directions well. We had a lot of individuals with special accommodations, and they handled it really well. Very good and staff was extremely friendly. Teresa went up and beyond as well to help set it up!!

First time at a hotel of this chain. Great hotel for the money. Clean, comfortable. Large rooms. Everything works. Friendly staff. Large parking. Pool. Fast Wi-Fi. Half an hour to Charlotte. Special thanks to PRITESH for the hospitality at breakfast.

The hotel is super clean. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. Since this was a one night stay on our long drive, we were very happy with the friendly and accommodating check-in. Also the entire hotel was super clean throughout including our rooms. If anything, a minor complaint would be the loudness of the AC but that is not unusual with the below window systems. Yes. We will stay here on our way back.

No elevator. First floor only has king rooms that don’t smell. Double rooms on first floor smell because they allow animals . Know before ya go if you have troubles with stairs. Breakfast was subpar.
