This hotel is pretty, and the price was a very good value. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I'd like to note that the beds are 'high.' I'm tall and still felt like I had to jump up. lol Check-in was smooth with a nice person behind the desk. The internet is not great, like most motels.

The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor. They didn’t have any butter for the pancakes. They are doing renovations right now so I will visit with them again when they are finished renovating.

Basic room decent quality.
A decent choice. Room was clean, some stain in the wall in bathroom and sink cracked but didn’t affect use. Only one makeup remover and bar of soap, no other toiletries in the room. No closet but there was a good size fridge, and microwave in room.

Great stay for what we needed. Food, Starbucks and Publix are really close. It is a little out dated but it was clean. They did have breakfast also.

My room had a dead roach on the floor, a live spider in my ice bucket, that AC filters have never been cleaned, some of the lights didn’t work due to damage, countertops had drink marks from the last tenant, wash rag from last tenant on top of the shower curtain rod, shower curtain was white at the top but brown at the bottom, black mold in the shower, plastic fork next to the bed, red stained carpet and the refrigerator was dirty inside. The indoor pool is not available but the door leading outside is open and all kinds of dirt/leafs are in the pool and all over, the windows are all hard water stained and one of the windows are busted. I went to the ice machine that is located just around the corner from the check in desk and it was covered in black mold so do not be fooled by the nice photos on their website because this place is disgusting!

Property needs a lot of work. Flooring was cracked and missing pieces. The bathroom was dirty. The mirror had streaks and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time.

Poor maintenance.
I stayed in this hotel couple months ago. Since then, it appears horel is in decline. Landscaping around front is very bad. side door on east side did not work with room key. Holes in wall near elevator. Both Rm 120 and 220 had wall damage and needed paint. Overall hotel looks to need maintenance. Will not stay again until improvements made.

This place is nothing like the photos. Very poorly maintained. The floors were even coming apart in our room. The pool was closed. The doors to the exterior kept us up all night because there is nothing insulating the room from the noise. The staff was friendly but just don’t stay here.
