I’ve been calling and emailing for almost a month trying to get the manager to assist me with booking rooms for a business trip. They will not answer calls or emails. They are losing business due to their lack of communication. This hotel was great when it was the Comfort Suites, it will not be there long unless better management and communication skills incorporated.

The sleeping room was shabby..stains on the carpet. Furniture was worned signs of wear and tear and very outdated, there were dark spots of some sort around the baseboards in the bathroom. The fitness room was unspeakable.. equipment was rusty and minimal, didn't appear to have been cleaned in while. On a positive note..the free breakfast was decent and the bed sleeps comfortably.

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for the trip we were on. Not particularly fancy but quite nice and I was pleasantly pleased. Service was friendly and helpful. Room was plenty perfect for a good night sleep

Words can't express my stay there by far has been the best for us we stayed last night staff and room were great room clean bed was great shower was wonderful we love this place they also have room with hot tub and king bed we make it a point to stay there breakfast was great lady the re is very welcoming and food was great

Everything was great! The checkin process was great, and the rooms were very nice! We had booked several rooms for our family Christmas and I could not ask for any better service than what we had. It was great!! The breakfast each morning was delicious and everything was clean& hot, and again the service was excellent! We will be back and looking forward to returning. Thank you Mia, Shantell, Patsy, and especially the lady at breakfast that I never got her name but I will never forget the big smile and warm welcome every morning! We had a great hotel experience!

Very comfortable, clean room. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Although breakfast hours were written incorrectly, and I missed breakfast, the hostess was kind enough to offer me some fruit and yogurt. The only downside was the unexpected additional deposit charged on arrival.

Always love staying here when visiting Starkville, beds are so comfy! Breakfast is excellent and the staff is very professional and polite. Comfort Suites is always our first choice when looking for hotels.
