We didn't get a fridge or a microwave and we had expected to get one. However it was easy to book and it was available at a reasonable price

There was a hole in the wall in the last room I reserved. In which, a spider was coming to and from it.

There was homeless men moping around the facility trying to wave my daughters down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom ceiling that was stuffed with toilet paper. The tv did not work. My room smelled like cigarettes. Thankfully I was only there for about 6 hours to get a few hours of sleep.
