Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking at the hotel for 15 euros is not expensive at all. Very uncomfortable beds, pillows, strange blankets. The hotel looks very tired. President?? Probably not about this hotel.

Facilities: Not a new hotel, only basic facilities.
Hygiene: Good
Environment: The hotel is cozy and located in the center of Sarajevo. You can see the Latin Bridge and the street when you go downstairs. It is about 3km away from attractions such as the Yellow Castle.
Service: The service is very thoughtful, from directing parking, sending luggage to the room, and telling you what places are around, where to exchange currency, etc. It is great.

It's great. The family room is a connecting room with two king-size rooms. Everything is double. The room is large and well-equipped. It's a new building among a group of ancient buildings. The location is excellent, right by the river, next to the old town, Latin Bridge, and the city hall. Basically, the main attractions of the whole city are within walking distance. The breakfast is also good and satisfactory. Very satisfied, high cost performance.

Everything was really good besides one point : coffee in the hotel restaurant was very bad quality (instant coffee). The hotel is really nice and located in the city center.
