The rooms are praised for their cleanliness and well-maintenance. The location near the old city, tram stop, and Latin Bridge is convenient. Guests appreciate the exceptional, friendly, and helpful staff.

It’s a hotel without a hotelier! Underwhelming management. Rooms have potential for short stays. The travel and tour guides from InsiderTours have, perhaps, been given additional work as hotel staff. Mostly they are are a snippy and snappy staff, so, me thinks they are not happy campers. There is little interest or accountability, The cleaning woman and the owners of the bar across the street helped me when I was abandoned by the “hotel staff” on my checkout day. No one informed me beforehand that it was a national holiday and so no one was at work that day! I have trouble with my leg tendons, so I needed help with some heavy bags, and the cleaning lady, luckily, came in to work, and was able to help me. The bar owners across the street helped me get a taxi, so that was kind of them. The airport transfer was expensive, (it was 20 euro), and the driver dropped my two big suitcases onto the pavement right in the middle of the parking lot and resultantly broke something in one of them, (as he drove the luggage cart to his car,) So,lol, what was the point of my getting the transfer, which was mainly for help with my luggage? He was clearly bored and rather inattentive. He was also looking at his phone while driving me to the hotel. Not professional at all. The rooms are clean and modern, but mine was very small. There are only 5 rooms in the residence. One is an apartment which is larger. The bed is clean and comfy, the heating is good, the shower is lovely in room 101. But 10 minutes of hot water is all you will get, maybe 15. The water tank is small. You can hear everything your neighbors in the next room are saying.. The windows cut out some of the traffic and touristic noise but not all. My tv and safe were not working when I arrived to the room, but a friend of the hotel staff fixed them. No one is really checking these things.. as I said, cuz it’s a hotel without a hotelier. The remote controls were encrusted with dirt and grime. It’s an adequate spot for a night or two, with a good location near Latin Bridge and in Sarajevo old town. Price is a bit expensive since it’s just a room, but they give toilet rolls, tissues, clean towels and soap dispenser. There are many hotels in this area, many bars and restaurants too.
