The location is excellent, right in the old town . The waiter was very nice
I have no traffic so I can't call the phone .I left my Gray elephant toy in the hotel .If in possible, I hope you can express or mail it to me.I'll pay for the freight.

Hotel service: Objectively speaking, the hotel is very cost-effective, and it feels better than the express hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The heating and hot water are especially sufficient in winter. The hotel has breakfast every day, which is very punctual.

Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.

This hotel is in a great location. It's on the edge of the old street or the old town. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Latin Bridge. The room I stayed in was a single room on the top floor. The bathroom had a sloping roof and I couldn't stand up straight when taking a shower. But I didn't mind. The price was cheap, the single room was in a great location, and it was convenient. I was very satisfied.

房子位置可能有點難找，因為看外觀看不出，其實導航就到在後門，車子導航路口開下來稍微左轉，樹後面就是，具體看圖一，找了半天其實就在眼前哈哈哈，然後按了門左邊的門鈴就有人出來了。不過路有點窄，租了一輛大車勉強能開過，考驗車技。房東一家特別熱情，侄子英語很好，讓我把車停到裏面的車庫，和我介紹了房子以及去舊政府怎麼走，溝通沒什麼問題。房子後門走到舊政府，就是那個#sarajevo字10分鐘不到。後門下去往右走就是一個小型超市，交通很方便，到各種景點步行都能到，離黃堡也比較近。房子很乾凈，早餐也不是很敷衍的那種，品種還是很多的，如果來旅遊推薦住這個名宿，車子停好就可以去city walk了，不用擔心停車費的問題。房子非常棒，非常漂亮，讓人很舒暢

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)

为为爱走天涯1992The hotel is very new and renovated! The front desk lady is very warm and the location is good. Going down is the pedestrian street! There is a local restaurant on the pedestrian street. The mutton is very good. It tastes exactly like the Chinese restaurant. There is also a cake shop. It is also very delicious. When we left, the aunt at the front desk helped us call the car. After calling the car, we were still waiting for the car at the door. The service was great and gave full marks.

I woke up lazily in the morning, walked slowly along the stone road to Pigeon Square, passed through the pigeons, randomly found a coffee shop, and sat down in a sunny location. Order a small snack and a cup of coffee (I recommend Turkish coffee, which is very flavorful. Stir it first, then settle it, and finally pour it into a small cup to taste) and enjoy the wonderful coffee time slowly ~ The main thing is to wait for the restaurant to open😆The earliest restaurant has to be ten Opens at 2 o’clock∠（ᐛ ∠）＿Enjoy a delicious meal and stroll around the old town~ It’s a perfect day~

JJISHUNThe hotel is very close to the ancient city and it is very convenient to see around. The service is very good and the attitude is very good. Breakfast is not very rich, but there are some, nutrition guarantee, absolutely full, the best is to eat fried bread, and ask the guests whether they need omelet every day, very considerate. I stayed for six days and gave me a free upgrade room, thank you very much!

GGuest UserThe sanitation, facilities and environment are all good. The service is OK, but there is no transportation to leave the hotel. I called the driver inside and agreed to 20 bob, but he charged another 20 bob, not RMB. (I gave bob change in USD, and it has not been delivered to the destination. Forget it. We are friendly countries. I will pay attention next time.
