Aangenaam verblijf
Mooi nieuw hotel aan de rand van de oude stad, 7 minuten wandelen naar het centrum van de oude stad. Goed ingerichte kamers met salon, water koker, koelkast en afwas bak. Goed ontbijt. Geluidsarme kamer. Wel heel moeilijk vindbaar met de auto met Google maps.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!
Wie schön wenn man mehr bekommt als erwartet!
Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und persönlich und unser Zimmer bereits gegen 12 Uhr zum check in bereit.
Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen, kostenlosen Privatparkplatz für ca 4-5 Autos. In die Altstadt läuft man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, so dass man das Auto gar nicht mehr braucht.
Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu und die Zimmer sehr schön ausgestattet. Den Pool haben wir nicht benutzt obwohl dieser sehr einladend wirkt.
Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbüffet war ebenfalls toll.
Danke an das super freundliche Personal. So macht Urlaub richtig Spaß.

Perfect place to stay in Sarajevo
Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English.
Location is about 500m from the central area.
Room was perfectly presented and very clean. Bed was huge and comfortable.
Decent breakfast buffet.

Boutique hotel in quiet residential area not too far from the main tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Good breakfast selection. Swimming pool most welcome after a day’s sightseeing. Rooms light and airy. Good value for money.

The overall experience was terrible. The staff was trying to charge us almost 100€ MORE than it was requested in our booking. And only after we double checked our booking and showed him we could pay the real price. The name of the person is Aziz Arnautović. The first room we were given was also terrible (104). It has NO windows and we could not get some fresh air to get rid of terrible smell from the toilet that was in the room because of the absence of the window. In that room there were NO chairs to sit and now bath robes that should have been there. So, double check your booking prices before paying to the property and never accept the room number 104 with no windows 😬

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel di charme di Sarajevo, posto in una strada difficile da individuare con il satellitare ma centrale. L'hotel offre tutti i confort di una struttura moderna con anche una piscina ed un centro benessere. Le camere sono spaziose così come i bagni. Parcheggio gratuito e personale gentile. Ci tornerei.

Large room, well equipped, comfortable beds. Good bathroom. The staff are very helpful. Good breakfast. Good location, altough a bit of up/down to get to/from the city centre. The wifi isn't great but other than that a very nice place to stay.

Small boutique hotel with lovely, friendly and helpful staff (especially Hamzah & Ali). Location is perfect (near the cable cart up to Trebevic Mountain and a 9 min walk to the old town). Breakfast was lovely and consisted of traditional Bosnian spreads as well as continental European (eggs, granola, oats, etc) - hot and cold options available. Safe location for Solo travellers.
