The hotel is at the great location. 3 mins walk to the central train station, 3 mins walk to the subway station . The room was nice and clean . 
Very friendly people at the front desk . We enjoyed our stay  and we will definitely will pick this hotel again at our next visit .

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! It's a bit far from the city center, but thankfully just a minute's walk from a metro station. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. A special shout-out to Luciano at the front desk! 👍

Our 2-bedroom apartment, which we called home for 4 nights, was a comfortable and cosy space that made us feel right at home.

Pros: 
1. Great location, as it was really a stone's throw away from Duomo.
2. The staff were friendly and helpful. Felt really welcomed when we arrived.
3. The apartments came with the Golden Lounge access where we could help ourselves to light snacks and drinks.
4. Nice gym with Technogym equipment.

Cons:
1. Noise from downstairs if you are a light sleeper (but it did not bother us).
2. Water pressure could be stronger.
3. Gym should open earlier or maybe 24 hours for jet lagged guests to use.
4. It Would have been perfect if the apartment came with a washer/dryer.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

SERIOUSLY hot bedroom! We phoned because we thought the air conditioning was broken and was told by reception “it’s turned off because it’s winter” it was 4th April and in the 20s outside, plus I think they know the rooms are hot because it’s only a sheet on the bed with no blankets, the beds were comfortable. The hotel is extremely dated. It’s also not close to the centre and there is nothing around the hotel, is very close to a tube though which are really easy to use and you can get a direct tube to Duomo. We only stayed for one night as we were just visiting the QC Termemilano spa. I think if we had been staying for a city break / longer we would have really regretted it. Wouldn’t stay again because of the heat in the bedroom being so awful. Also the room keys are terrible, massive heavy things that you couldn’t carry around and so you have to hand in if going out.

The environment is good, it seems to be a four-star hotel. You can borrow an umbrella at the front desk. The toilet is very big!
This is the first stop I stayed in Italy when I just landed. I don’t know if I was tired, but I felt that the bed was very comfortable.

房間超大，很新新乾淨，這次旅遊中最猶豫不決下訂的一個酒店，卻最讓人驚喜，非常適合一家人，離主要景點均步行可達，12分鐘左右有個中型超市。超市可以買一點水果以早餐之類的食物，房間有廚房也可以自己做。除了國慶假期間房間有點貴，－晚快五千了，除此之外均不錯呢。

Hands down, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy during our European trip. The room was incredibly spacious, featured a bathtub, and the breakfast buffet was superb. It comfortably accommodated the three of us.

The hotel is directly accessible from the main train station by taking the T2 tram (towards the airport), which is about a 13-minute ride. While it's a bit further from the old town, the tram connection makes it incredibly convenient to get around. Personally, I prefer not to stay in the old town; it tends to be noisy and crowded. Plus, hotels there often feel cramped and lack good natural light.

All the stuff in hotel are good. Around 15 mins walk to the train station as well.

This is the best hotel we stayed in Italy, with amazing attention to details, including room facilities where you will be amazed by the set up of the bathtub, the concierge, Cosmo, who can book you any restaurant in the city and grant you VIP treatment in The Mall Firenza, the doorman’s hospitality is also amazing, plus it is in the center of of city where all the hot spots are in walking distance. We will definitely come back!

Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board  and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

It is cost-effective in Europe, with good service, clean and spacious. It is very close to the Vatican, a five-minute walk away. You can go to the square to feed the pigeons. It takes more than ten minutes by taxi to the fountain in the city center, and half an hour to forty minutes on foot. It is not far from the river, and it is convenient for eating and drinking. It is very good for family travel. The family room has three beds, is spacious, and the breakfast is also rich.

Very good location, 200 meters walk from the Spanish Steps. The surrounding area is surrounded by all the big-name stores, and the window show is very satisfying. There are a lot of popular restaurants in the surrounding area, and breakfast choices are not much better than the ingredients. Hotel location is very central, go to the station airport. If you don't book a car in advance, it is very convenient to go to the subway to the central station to change to the airport express line.
