Just finished a really lovely 3 day break as a couple. Staff were all really lovely and helpful even though we don't speak a word of Slovakian! Half board was brilliant with lovely and varied food (plenty of options for me as a veggie although I will say a symbol on the labels would have been appreciated and sometimes took some study of the description to work out what I could eat). Beautiful location - it's a 25ish min walk from the Tatras electric railway which we used daily for lots of lovely snowy walks. Spa is absolutely gorgeous and absolutely matches up to the pictures - pool bar a particular highlight and I recommend the private VIP area which is super good value and lovely if you're planning something special. Definitely want to come back!

We have accomodated cloosed group of arround 70 people from CZ and SK. I would expected the hotel could have open a bar latter then 23 especialy when people looked forward to see themselfs. The Hotel does not want to earn money????

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a family meet up. We travelled from UK to meet Slovakian relatives. Please be aware that not all the rooms look like on the advert photo's. Both our rooms had no view. Our room was so dark. Tiny window and hardly any natural light. It was so depressing having travelled so a long distance to visit beautiful Tatry. The reception desk at this hotel offers zero customer service. It felt like once they had your money they didn't care if you were happy and enjoying your stay. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for traditional Slovakian hospitality. There are far better options in the Tatry area. One positive was the young team in the restaurant were amazing. So polite and perfect service + great food. Shame the reception desk isn't trained to offer the same level of customer service.

Quite s new hotel with well appointed rooms, close to many skiing resorts in the heart of the High Tatra mountains. We had half-board with amazing breakfast and culinary dinners with different these each evening. We loved the indoor pool and tge wellness center with different saunas and steam rooms. Attentive and service-oriented staff. Wonderful stay snd hope to be soon back!

We have just retuned from a fabulous weekend break away to Hotel Hills. It catered for us all, going above and beyond other experiences we have had so far. Our two children, 7 and 10 ,absolutely loved the swimming and wellness which were both comfortable relaxing and fun. :) My husband and I were able to relax in view of our excited children. An added bonus was the evening entertainment put on by the hotel, allowing my husband and I quiet time with a drink in the lounge. (an absolute novelty.) There was ample room for all four of us in the lux suite. The quality and choice for breakfast and dinner was indulging to say the least, in so that It was difficult to choose what NOT to eat! All in all, if you are looking for a good quality value for money family friendly Hotel Hills has it all. We will certainly be back. (again and again and again).
