I first met the Residence Hotel in Yekaterinburg in late July 2021. When checking in at the reception, the same Natalia, obviously did not recognize me immediately...because I accidentally booked a room a week later and it was impossible to cancel the reservation (non-refundable price), Natalia went The meeting was resolved and I did not have any problems.
