No need to pay deposit. Parking inclusive. Check in and out experience very good. Host responded to whatsapp messages well and polite. One of the water heater broke down and host replaced a complete set. Location is good for us as we have transport to go around JB. There is a public bus service from the hotel that goes to Singapore so that is good also.
