Blending traditional styling with modern facilities, Grand Mercure Nara Kashihara is a hotel in Kashihara that's perfect for business travellers or sightseers. While the hotel is well-placed to explore the city and the Nara Prefecture, nature isn't far away. You're just a short drive from Asuka, where you can explore the historic village and temples and enjoy the rolling green hills and mountains. After a long day, relax in a hot spring bath, take a sauna, and then head to the peaceful lounge.

The room is spacious and the bed is quite comfortable, but the pillow is too flat.
The soundproofing effect is so-so, and the sound from the corridor can be clearly heard in the room.
The air conditioner is loud.
There are convenience stores, restaurants, 24-hour self-service laundry shops, and daily necessities supermarkets within 5-10 minutes.
The neighborhood is quieter after dark, but safe.
It takes only 5 minutes to walk to Kashihara Jingumae Station. The road is flat and you don't need to go up and down the elevator.
There is a lounge on the 1st floor that provides snacks.
From 8pm to 10pm, the hot spring bath will provide ”amazake”👍
But there is no self-service laundry and dry cleaning service.
The bath is time-limited, not 24 hours.
If you stay consecutively, you can request to clean the room every other day. The cleaning level is standard.
There is a 2D Barcode on the information sheet to check the mixing situation of the bath.
