In the end, we could only go back to the hotel from the parking lot. It was a bit cold in winter. Overall, I was satisfied and would go to the hot spring again if I had the chance.

第一次來樟樹開元名都酒店，順利辦好入住手續之後，前廳的付瓊小姐主動熱情的帶我去快遞存放點找我寄到酒店的包裹，陪我進入到我預訂的套房，並且送上了軟飲和歡迎果盤。主動詢問房間是否滿意，恰好房間空調不是很好，付小姐二話沒説主動給我升級到了江景套房。第二天下午又帶着果盤送到房間，令我非常感動！我常年居住國外，入住過所有國際品牌的五星級酒店，我不得不説，付小姐的服務意識非常主動和貼心，超五星水準，是我們國內酒店品牌的驕傲。
