"Liu Man at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, the hotel environment is good, clean, and well-equipped. There is a gym and swimming pool on the 4th floor. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer on the 18th floor. The hotel guests are free to use it. The experience is very good!"

GGuest UserTianyu Lake Scenic Area is very large, the hotel is located in the villa area, you can drive or take a boat to the island two modes of transportation. The staff is very enthusiastic. From the early communication before check-in, precautions reminder, event participation schedule and hotel breakfast dining methods, etc. details are enough to see the hotel management is very attentive. The shuttle bus can take to the Holiday Inn or other play spots at any time, which is very convenient. The hotel's infinity pool is also a place where children are not happy. The punch card is very good, the water quality is very good, and the children have a great time. Worth two brushes 😁

NNvdaye692853938The second time I came, as soon as I entered the lobby, the warm lighting and exquisite decoration instantly impressed me. The front desk guy Feng Li provided good service, checked in quickly, and sent welcome fruits. The room was very cozy, the bedding was so comfortable that it felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the soundproofing was great, so I could have a good night's sleep. The gym equipment was new, and there were Chinese and Western breakfasts with a wide variety. They also helped me call a taxi when I checked out, and the service was so thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I come here!

GGuest UserThe hotel's new Chinese retro design is amazing! The warm color lighting complements the garden-style courtyard. The room is clean and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows are lush and pastoral. The ecological picture of Shuangfeng Mountain seems to be within reach. Each frame of the photo is like a classical oil painting. In your free time, the gym or billiards are easy and comfortable. Children can also play the playground and swimming pool for a cool summer. The restaurant food is delicious and the hotel service is warm and thoughtful. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but you can enjoy modern comfort. This balance of ”quiet in the middle of noisy” is perfect!
