GGuest UserThe service of Songtsam Hotel is as good as always. The hotel is very beautiful, and the service staff are very kind and considerate. They rushed to help with the luggage. There was a small flaw that a group checked in at 11 o'clock in the evening and was quite noisy. I called the hotel to remind them to persuade them, but the effect was average. Finally, I saw the people from this tour group at breakfast the next day. They seemed to be rich and powerful, and they were bossing the waiters around. I understood the difficulties of the hotel. Before leaving, the girl at the front desk specially gave us a box of biscuits to eat on the road to express her apology. It was very thoughtful. I will choose Songtsam Hotel next time. I really think it is good!

SsevencheeThe room is the smallest in the Songtsam series and has the highest altitude. After upgrading the room, the service is still as good as ever. Two pairs of cloth shoes are given for free, and the cloth shoes are very comfortable😄. Songtsam is a place with beautiful scenery. You can drive directly to the ancient glacier without taking a seat. The battery car in the scenic area is very convenient.
