Newly Built Modern HomeThe home has high ceilings on the main floor and vaulted ceilings on the second floor for a very spacious open feel on three levels over 2200 square feet. There are large open windows that highlight the amazing views. This is a new home constructed in 2022 and first available for short term rent in 2023. Every aspect of this home is modern and clean while having some rustic mountain character in the furnishings. Three Relaxing Inside Living Areas for EveryoneOn the Main Floor, there are two living areas, one for the TV streaming/movie watching with comfortable chairs and built in seating by the window. The other area is by the fireplace on leather furniture for relaxation, conversation, reading, game playing folk with a coffee table, an especially cozy feel in the winter months. In the Basement, there is an additional TV watching/living dining area so two groups (for example, adults and kids) can watch different programs.
