Home is less than 5 minutes from ski mountain. Main living room features cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that lead out onto a wrap-around deck with patio seating. House features central A/C, ceiling fans, WiFi and internet service. Main living room features a 55 in. LCD tv with blue ray disc player. All 4 bedrooms have LCD tv's on wall, cable and dvd players. Bedroom 1 features Queen size bed and a full size dresser and closet. Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed and a twin size bed and small dresser and closet. Bedroom 3 features a Queens size bed and a twin size bed and full size dresser and closet. Bedroom 4 features a King size bed and a full dresser and closet. Loft features a daybed with 2 twin beds. Basement has a Queen size Futon. PETS: We do accept up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $75 for a single dog and $125 for 2 dogs and request that the dogs be kept off all the furniture and beds. These precautions are implemented because there are many individuals that are allergic to dogs, and we have to be cautious, but at the same time, want to allow a family’s precious pet to join them on vacation too. This dog fee reflects regular pets or any service dogs. Any pet damage, excretion stains, hair or smell left behind from a pet will incur an additional cleaning charge of $200 which will charged to the renter. NO CATS ALLOWED. FIREPIT AND FIREPLACE: A wood burning fireplace will keep you cozy in the winter in the main living room. There is also a fire pit and seating for 8 outside on the property for your enjoyment. Please either bring your own firewood or you can use our wood for a fee of $30 for a reasonable amount of wood (20-30 pieces).
