"There is a washing machine in the room I booked and a pantry with a family size fridge. Room is very big and very comfortable. The hotel gym has free weights up to at least 20kg dumbbells and a smith’s machine.  Swimming pool is at the edge og the hotel and overlook the city line."

"Great hotel location, helpful front desk. Room is spacious, decent cleanliness, amenities by request (room for 2 but when we enter only 1 sandal was prepared). Lights are connected one to another, not that convinient to choose to keep some lights open. The countertop basin has extremely slow draining, and could not be adjusted. Overall it was an okay hotel due to the strategic location."

"This hotel is about 25 mins from the airport, the journey back to the airport is little shorter, about (20 mins) due to favourable freeway access. The hotel facilities are great, including a rooftop pool (super clean) and an excellent gym. There is a range of deckchairs and comfortable lounges. Most importantly, this hotel is connected to a shopping centre with range of restaurants including fast food (Burger King) and more refined options, including Chinese and Japanese restaurants. The mall also has a large supermarket (ground level) and Uniqlo chain store. In addition, there is another low cost shopping mall, just across the freeway, accessed via pedestrian pathway. (a 5 minute walk) This is great for clothing at super bargain prices. Staff at the hotel are very helpful and obliging. The rooms have all the essentials and my room (on the 15 floor) is also had great city views. Internet connection is fine and TV channels are OK, but there is no BBC and CNN. My only concern is the bathroom. The bathroom is very tiny and there limited bench space for your own toiletries. In addition, when the taking a shower, the water floods the bathroom floor, hitting the toilet. You need to use bathroom towels to mob the floor, after a shower. A simple shower curtain is required here. The toilet roll holder is difficult to access, (behind you) meaning you need to remove the roll to use. I booked this hotel last minute and therefore my hotel room rate was a little expensive compared to other options. Still, overall, I would recommend this hotel for its shopping mall, the fantastic swimming pool, and overall quality of hotel (despite the bathroom issue)."

"We stayed at this hotel twice in the last 3 weeks. On both stays, the hotel mixed up with the parking arrangements which caused us needing to pay for the parking on the first exit from the parking. Though this caused a little bit of inconvenience, the parking fee was refunded on the same day. The breakfast selections were great and the foods were delicious. The dinner included in the package was also wonderful. The only hiccup was when one of the restaurant staff accidentally threw away a full cup of coffee that I ordered from somewhere else. The staff was very apologetic and offered to make a new coffee to compensate it. Of course the restaurant coffee was not as good as the favorite coffee we bought elsewhere, however, we appreciated the kind gesture from the staff. We were sure it was not done on purpose. Overall, the stays were quite pleasant and the staff were all very friendly."

"Nice stay overall. Location is strategic. The bathroom in the normal deluxe room was a bit old (bathtub only shower), so we requested for an upgrade to grand premium room which had a proper shower room. But, it was pleasant. The reception desks were all very attentive and responsible."

But hotel seems to be lack of maintenance. 1) Safety box not working 2) Water Tap handle fall off during usage 3) One of the Lifts was always out of service 4) My card was blocked twice due to system, had to go counter to reset it, other guest also experienced the same Need to improve."

"The room was clean and quiet, with pleasant surroundings. It's conveniently located very close to the airport, and they offer a complimentary airport shuttle. The on-site restaurant downstairs made dining very convenient, and there are also convenience stores easily accessible nearby. The room's facilities are quite modern. Overall, I was very satisfied."
