Spacious room but unable to request for extra bed. Quite contradicting with the details provided in the apps. Breakfast is so-so. Refilling of breakfast menu was a bit slow. Brealfast area can be more fulfilling with a bit of decoration and look a little more pleasant. Hotel location is good. A lot of amenities nearby. Good food all around.

Overall, great stay at the hotel 👍🏼 The rooms were clean and spacious, food was delicious and had wide variety of food 👍🏼 No issues with aircon or insects 👍🏼 The location of the hotel was also good as we were close to several places of interest 👍🏼 Thank you for the pleasant experience. Will stay here again next time 🙏🏼

The room was sparkling clean, but the hotel near the train station so its quite noisy at night

The check-in was smooth and fast. The front desk welcomed us with a smile. Room was basic but with an Amazing view! Two choices of view for the bright room given. We chose the one overlooking the city and Senayan stadium. It was the 45th floor and the view was stunning both day and night. Attended a concert at Indonesia Arena. About 18 to 20 minutes walk to the venue. Breakfast spread was good with ample varieties available (both western and local). MRT station is about 5 mins walk and 2 stations to Block M area.

New property. Very polite and helpful staff. The units smell a bit too new - probably the polish or the finishing of equipment but once the air conditioning is on for a while the odour fades away or maybe we just got used to it. There is a shopping mall adjacent to the property but being brand new most shops and restaurants were still in finishing stages of decor. In summary this is still good value for money and a good experience.

Della the reception desk was wonderful. Such a pleasant person for customer relations. She went an extra mile to assist me. The reception is on the first floor, not the ground level where you enter. The hotel is comfortable, offers sufficient breakfast. However, I recommend to purchase coffee separately for 25k. It is much better than the one included. The hotel has sauna, steambath, warm pool and a small gym on 3rd floor. The bed is comfortable, the towels are clean and new.

We had a great stay at Artotel Gelora Senayan. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The location is excellent, with easy access to malls and the GBK Stadium in the Senayan area where we went for the Linkin Park concert. Whether you're in Jakarta for shopping, events, or just exploring, this hotel is a convenient choice. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Dining: Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant was impressive, featuring a good spread of both Indonesian and Western options. Everything was fresh and replenished frequently. I also appreciated the made-to-order egg station and the availability of local dishes, which gave the breakfast an authentic touch. In-room dining was quick and the food quality was above expectations. Staff Service: The service throughout my stay was excellent. The staff were genuinely courteous, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant, every interaction was met with warm smiles and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience. Location: The location of Four Points Jakarta is one of its strongest points. Situated right in Thamrin, the hotel offers easy access to major malls like Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, as well as numerous office buildings. My always choice for hotel in Jakarta. Tip top cleanliness, polite employees, zero complaints i have on my repeated visits to Novotel Jakarta. I will come again for sure.

Downside - Hotel feels slightly dated, carpets look like they need proper cleaning. However it is located in a convenient location in Central Jakarta. Service is also great - staff members are all very warm and friendly. Breakfast is tasty with wide spread. Overall we enjoyed our 3 nights there
