"There is nothing to say in all aspects of the hotel, mainly to complain about Ctrip's agent: 1. The app shows that two people are staying. The child's check-in policy is free to stay and bring a bed. When I arrived, I was told that I was not allowed, I could not cancel, and I had to upgrade.
2. It took me 78 euros to upgrade to a suite. The most annoying thing was that I paid 1880 on Trip.com and the hotel received 201 euros. It was definitely a day of giant pits.
It is really difficult for people to be outside the country. Every day, I made lambs. I thought that Trip.com could be reliable and the result was still the same."
