A clean room and daily cleaning service during our stay. It is only 600 m far from metro. They also serve piano playing service during the dinner. A bathroom is quite big with the bathtub.

We came to check in. It was 9 am, obviously check in was until 2 pm. They gave us our passports so we could register, and we would be arriving at 2 am to check in. The girl refused to register us. We arrived at the hotel at 2 pm. This girl had just started registering us. She said - and there was also a tax of €12.3. Ok. We gave €100. She said - we don't have change. We said - change it, we'll come and pay when we have change. Naturally, she says - I won't give you the key until you pay the tax, go and change it yourself (in another country, it's not clear where, with backpacks, still not in the room) If she had registered us (not checked us in, but just written out the documents) when we arrived, while we were walking to the city, maybe we would have changed it there, but she was too lazy, let me remind you. Now the real crux is brewing. She says - ok, pay by card. We say - your Russian card doesn't work. She tries. It really doesn't work. She says - ok, change it, bring it later. Okay, it would seem we've agreed on something. But... She takes the card and starts rewriting its details. And on the card there is both the expiration date and the back digits. Our stay is fully paid. We are also ready to pay for the tax. But she doesn't have change. And she just brazenly rewrites the card details. Without even asking. I couldn't stand it anymore. I took the room key myself, took the card and we left. In the end, we exchanged the money ourselves and paid. The best: even if you live for 1 day, even for a month - they will only give you water on the first day. Then die of thirst.

ืNice new hotel with convenience location to airport and shuttle provide since early morning. Services also perfect. Recommend to stay for early morning flight.

This is a good place. We have been living with my wife for three years. This time they have done a good renovation. There is not much room for the old hotel. Of course the price has risen. Overall it has become a lot colder. What we are not happy about is the price increase in the spa, so we did not go there and the hotel is very chic)

The room was as pictured and a pretty good deal for the affordable cost. However, it did take me pretty long to get there from the airport with public transportation. The wifi works well and the room was clean. They were also willing to give me the late checkout I required and let me back in the room when I forgot something. I should also comment that the “gym” was only like 3 machines. That said it was a pleasant stay.

Great stay after my cruise. Friendly staff! I was able to get into my room early, which was a lifesaver. Plus the restaurant downstairs made everything super convenient. Would stay again! 

Service was rather poor. We didn’t get wifi until the second day of the stay. First day they said maintenance would fix it but they did not. The breakfast was nothing incredible. Pretty basic but not worth 16 euros in my opinion. We also did not get towels until the second day. Overall it’s a decent stay. Close to a mall, bus stop and a couple fast food places. Easy to locate and about an hour and a half by public transport to the center.

Service staff was polite, hotel room is very cozy, spacious and clean. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The bonus of this hotel is the free airport shuttle bus. The journey to the airport takes about 10-15 minutes (depending on the terminal). On top of that, there is a mall and a lot of places to eat and shop just nearby. Very good for staying one night when getting in and out of Barcelona.

I had high hopes for this ”4star hotel” From the pictures and the previous reviews everything seemed like it was too good to be true... Arrival was average, had to ask which way to go to get to my allocated room (normally you are directed by a member of reception atleast) Arrived at my room (104) 1st floor. Opened the door to a bright airy room..my first thoughts were this is lovely. Dropped my bags and took a shower and that's where things started to go downhill...let me explain... Now I am aware this is not 5 star but if im being totally honest I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels... The attention to detail from the cleaners is just way below par for a 4 star establishment. Shower door covered in limescale (easy to put right with a bit of Elbow grease) Mold and nasties around the outer edge of the shower door (see pics) Splash marks all over the tiles at the side of the sink (like old toothpaste marks) Sink wouldn't drain properly (seemed to be blocked) Skirting boards definitely hadn't been given a wipe for a good few weeks/months All standard/basic stuff that you would expect from any hotel and certainly from a 4 star one or am I being picky? Then there was the call to reception to ask for some milk so I could make a coffee (kettle is provided in room) Receptionist said they don't have fresh milk only 'powdered sachets' of the most vile tasting milk I've ever had (think baby milk/gone off normal milk) Apparently the restaurant was closed so they could not access it to get some fresh milk? Receptionist advised me to go to the supermarket..which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel 🤦♀️ As it happens there is a coffee machine outside the reception entrance so I found myself nipping downstairs to buy one from there. (Not the most convenient but we move forward) I had read that there was a rooftop restaurant in the flyer as advertised but when I asked about it apparently it is no longer there? The restaurant is only open at breakfast times so no food is available not even snacks? However they advertise room service so unsure how that works? Outdoor pools closed which is fine but you couldn't even sit on the loungers hence....nowhere to sit outside the hotel itself. Such a shame that all these little things build and in turn let it down as a 4 star advertised hotel. Now for the positives... The view from the room of the sea is beautiful It is literally across the road from miles of sandy beaches There are a couple of lovely restaurants nearby that are open from 12 noon for brunch/dinner and reasonably priced. The area itself is super quiet and feels safe enough as a solo traveller.

Excellent choice to get to the airport. The only thing that I would like to have more clear is where and how to take the van that take you from the airport to the hotel. I did not know where to wait and how often do the minivan países. Thus, good signing will help. Otherwise, great experience.
