I have one suggestion for the Hilton Garden Inn Zhangbei: the passageway between the underground parking garage and the lobby isn't barrier-free. This could be addressed with software and management, but your security is atrocious, seriously undermining the hotel's image and service quality! This morning, as we were closing our room door and heading to breakfast, a security guard approached, stared at us for a few seconds, and asked where we were going. Your proactive, witty, and humorous approach to Home2 has left a lasting impression on me!"
