PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING THE HOME! This home is approximately 3500 square feet located in West Haven Utah. There is a master bedroom on the main floor and has a jetted tub. 4 additional bedrooms are upstairs. It is 10 minutes from downtown Ogden, just 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. In 35 minutes you can be at Snowbasin enjoying a day of skiing. Attractions within 30 minutes include Lagoon amusement park, and Cherry Hill water park and Pineview dam. Salt Lake International airport is 45 minutes from this home. There is a big backyard that is fenced for privacy and features a relaxing patio and bbq grill. Kitchen is fully furnished.NOTE!!!!!!The basement of the home has a separate private entrance and is living quarters for the owners. (There are NO shared common areas inside of the home.) Therefore there are no parties allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am.
