Even though the space is small it feels much larger than you might think due to the high ceiling and tall windows.Visitors- NO VISITORS! Only those number of guests that have booked are allowed. Parties are unsafe and will be shut down, reservation will be cancelled, and no refund given.Multiple listings- There is another listing adjacent to this unit. Both units are separated from the main house.Smoking - No smoking, anywhere. There will be a $150 remediation charge for ozone equipment and scrub down.Pets - Request from host and include type, size and how animal will be kept inside. Messes will result in a $150 additional cleaning charge.Air - Adjust the remote as you see fit. Please keep windows and doors shut while in operation. When you leave, please turn the air off.Door Mini Blinds - The upper left Slider will open and close the blinds, the right slider will raise and lower them.Iron - The iron and board is located under the counter. Bath Towels- Do not use towels to wash off makeup, blood or bodily fluids that will stain.
