"I give this hotel 4 stars. My overall experience was really good. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk to Bourbon St. It's definitely in the heart of the French Quarters. I would have gave 5 stars, but the bathroom door in our hotel room was extremely hard to close. The hotel room itself is small and there are no closets to store your clothes or suitcases."

"The hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarters, close to the riverfront and the French Market. It has a pleasant inner courtyard with a pool and a fountain. My room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category. The staff manning the front desk - Macy, Elaine, Clayton and Derek - were always courteous and helpful. There were always bottles of drinking water near the entrance for guests to use. The room rates were reasonable."

"This room type is very barrier-free, with handrails, bathtubs, hangers and other details in place. The bathroom is large and the room is small. The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff are warm and friendly, and the service is in place. Especially the front desk receptionist Chase, who is dedicated, considerate and meticulous, provides a lot of convenience for guests to check in, check out and store luggage."

"We arrived at 2:30 AM and there was somebody to guide us with a check in and how to get to our bedroom.
Our bedroom was impeccable, same as the bathroom.
This hotel has kept the old style and it is a very charming place that is kept really nice.
The room was very comfortable. It also has the old style and it is very cozy and nice.
The bathroom in our room is 100% remodeled and it is now really nice
We stayed for three days and during our stay, we were never bothered by knockings on the door or anything like that. It’s a very nice and quiet place to stay.
We were very happy with the way the room is set up and the way it is decorated, and it is good to mention that the bed was also set up really nice and it is a very comfortable bed
We did not have the chance to eat in the hotel, or to use the bar but everything looked really nice to us. Overall, we were very happy throughout our stay, and we would recommend this place fully. "

"The first time I lived in the twin room, in the inner hall, not bad, very clean. So I chose this hotel for the second time. Booked a big bed room. As a result, the room was actually on the outside patio. The elevator took to the second floor, went around the outside patio, went up the simple stairs, and took the luggage to the third floor. The room was also very small. Really bad experience, at best the grade of a budget hotel next to the highway."

Great
CClaire LockeI would stay at the Drury Plaza again. They had a full hot breakfast, and free drinks with more than just appetizers every evening. The location was close to many great tourist locations. (I recommend walking to Daisy Mae’s restaurant right up the street for a delicious lunch.) Shout out to Jamie, the manager at the front desk, who helped me with my reservation in a courteous and friendly way. It also made us feel secure knowing only guest with a key card could get in the hotel and access all the amenities. The only thing I would change would be getting a room not facing the main street, as sometimes the loudness of the busy outside could be heard in our room, but other than that everything was great!
GGuest UserThis place is very hollow and loud. It's very close quarters and no sound proofing. You can hear everyone's TV in the hall amd your room, people screaming on the phone, doors slamming, people getting ice on another floor, people outside on the nice patio, water took forever in sink to go down, black blanket they give you was so nasty, looked like snot or semen smeared on it. Hair was everywhere. I say this with the understanding that hair is harder to get up. It was In our bed, everywhere in shower. I know you can't say no children but this is not a place for small kids to run around and talk in hallways bc everything can be hear so clearly. No proofing or weather*****ping under doors so there is a huge gap. Of maybe 1.5 inches under the doors that doesn't help the sound. Cute place, in a sketchy up and coming neighborhood. They have street parking only which was plentiful and said there was security roving through neighborhood. Never saw them but our cars were fine. Good idea for a small neighborhood hostel/hotel. Decor was simple and so cute throughout and it comes with a MW and fridge. The attached coffee and bar was nice.

GGuest UserStayed for 6 nights. The environment is good. It's just next to the city center. It's a bit noisy. The roar of cars and motorcycles is loud. Rental car parking is about 20 US dollars a night. It's in the opposite block.

BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.
GGuest UserThis was a stop over as our train stopped for the night in New Orleans and was to leave out in the morning. We arrived very late as our train had been delayed and staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was quite comfortable. It had a refrigerator but no microwave which we would have greatly appreciated. We had to be up early to catch our train and we were unable to have a hot breakfast due to the lack of the microwave. Other than that, everything was fine. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, very close to the pier, where there is an outlet mall and a Chinese fast food in the food street. There are three parking spaces for free parking on one side of the hotel entrance, and free parking after 8 o'clock on the other side. You can park as long as there is a parking space. The hotel's breakfast bread, egg, milk, crepe, and beef patties are quite rich, but the same every day. The hotel room is a bit old, the microwave is broken and cannot be used, but everything else is fine and clean.
廖廖The hotel rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, but compared to high-end star hotels, the facilities are average and the price/performance ratio is not bad. It is suitable for family travel!
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel was close to the downtown area. I was able to stay in a clean room with a city view at a reasonable price. The staff were all friendly too. Valet service is provided for a parking fee of about $45, but most nearby hotels also require a parking fee.
