"I like the location of the hotel. The service is friendly. But the breakfast needs to be improved. On another occasion the breakfast had a much better selection and there is no need for someone to serve the guests."

"This place was very convenient. It was easy to get around. The shuttle to the park was confusing to get to at first but we made it work. It does take like 1hr to be able to make it to Hollywood studios and then you have to hop to the other parks. Overall clean and the staff was very friendly"

"When I arrived there were dirty sheets on one of the beds. They did come change it. There was no hot water so they had to fix that and did pretty quickly. For the price it’s a nice hotel two pools, a movie every day/night, pool tables and a large chess board. Also very close to the parks. Will stay here again."

"The hotel was recently renovated, with vinyl flooring and new furniture, which is very good for its category. Excellent breakfast, with bread, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, porridge, juice, coffee, and muffins. The breakfast area is small, unfortunately they don't allow you to take food to your room, but you can wait a little while to get a table. A negative point is the cleaning of the rooms. They didn't tell me at check-in that it was done every other day. I don't consider this a problem, but the problem was that on the cleaning days the floor was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay. The towels were changed, but they never left the correct amount for 4 people. They didn't replace shampoo/conditioner. On the first day after the cleaning, I went to the front desk to ask for a towel and shampoo, and to my surprise, they didn't have any. They gave me an extra face towel and two people had to dry themselves with the face towel. I asked for the next two cleaning services in the morning to clean the floor and replace the towels and amenities, as well as to replace the hair dryer that was missing. The attendant Douglas was very kind and said that this would not happen again, but unfortunately the hotel's housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Despite being a budget hotel, I paid for the service and I would not like to have these inconveniences. At check out, the attendant Douglas said that he was unable to refund the $100 deposit paid on my credit card (the only method accepted by the hotel), and that my bank refused. When I arrived in Brazil, I contacted the bank, which said that the problem is with the hotel, which is providing incorrect information for the refund. I have already sent emails to the hotel, which insists that it is correct and that the problem is the bank refusing to allow the hotel to make the refund, and I have not yet received my money. The hotel is no longer responding to the emails sent to me. I would really like to count on Trip's help in resolving this issue, since I purchased the hotel on this platform. In general, the hotel meets my travel profile, as I don't stay at the hotel, but I expected more friendliness from the staff, who, apart from the check-in attendant, the attendant Douglas and the night attendant Harry, who were very helpful, the others at the reception and café that I had contact with were rude, and didn't seem to care about the guests, as if they were doing them a favor by being there."

"Location is great, near McDonald’s and others. The carpet at walk way area in front of the rooms is very old and smell bad, but inside room is okay. There is a shuttle bus to Magic Kingdom but there is only one time and if you want to enter the park early, then you have to take taxi there anyway but it’s not too far from Disney’s so taxi cost is approximately ＞$20. Breakfast is good!"

"Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers"

"I took my 9-year-old grandson to Disney World and randomly picked a hotel that accommodated our needs and schedule. The price was reasonable, so I booked for 3 nights. We got there a day early, so I took a chance and went to the front desk. Asking (Joe) if they had accommodations for our extra night. He said absolutely! He was so nice and helpful and made sure all our needs were met, made sure we got fed and made sure we felt safe. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The next day we met Howard at the front desk. He was just as nice and accommodating for the next 3 nights. He took special care with me and my grandson. The complementary breakfasts could not have been any better. And I mean a full course breakfast with a lot of choices. Every evening after arriving back at our room, the room was had been beautifully cleaned. I was extremely happy with our entire stay. I will stay at this Quality Inn again for sure. I HIGHLY recommend this HOTEL to ANY and EVERYONE. Thank You Joe and Howard for our nice stay and you guys taking such good care of us. Looking forward to our next trip! Jan and Patrick"

"The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. The whole place was renovated and the kitchen was fully equipped. Very quiet atmosphere and affordable. Close to all theme parks. Everyone in the family felt like they could have their own space, and we even had a cute balcony. The master bedroom had a bath/jacuzzi. Would definitely book here again. I recommend it to anybody traveling in a large group and looking for a residential complex type of feel. "

"This hotel(Comfort Suites maingate east)  location is great ! Very close to Disney world .  Many restaurants and fast food near by (like Davis  chicken is very close and open until 11pm)also CVS and convenience store is close by.  Breakfast is good enough.  Room is clean . just Don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and sleeper (no sleeper no toothbrush )  .We are Pretty happy stay here this time And would like to stay here again if we come Orlando next time.
