It can sleep 6 comfortably (3 bedrooms that sleep 5 with an additional day bed in the den). There are many windows to allow natural light and there is a large wraparound deck that is partially shaded by pine trees and has a grill, deck chairs and an umbrella table and chairs for outdoor meals. We also have a garage that allows for storage of bikes, etc. The rental includes access to a sandy beach, a quick 2 minute walk away, as well as 2 Kayaks for your use. We are only 10 minutes from St. Albans, Vermont with a great downtown and restaurants as well as a golf course. The Sports Complex in town has tennis and pickleball courts, a playground and fitness center. Hard'ack Recreation Area hosts hiking trails, disc golf and a public swimming pool.The location is convenient to Burlington, Stowe and Montreal. This is a hidden gem, perfect for disconnecting from everyday life and spending quality time with family and friends. Located on a private dirt road with little traffic making it an ideal spot for children. We ask all guests to be respectful of the property and the neighbors during their stay. This property has been in our family and we have spent summers here for 70 years. Several years ago we purchased a second cottage in the Pines and live there. As a result we are very close by if there are questions or issues.
