The room is in a very good location. The decoration is old and Japanese style. I like it. The soundproofing is not good. The private hot spring is very good.

Shirahama's value for money ceiling. You can enjoy the hot springs in the main building, and it is very close to the popular restaurants and ramen shops. To the north, you can reach Shirarahama, and to the south, you can reach Sandanbeki. The room is considered large in Japan, and there are many shared facilities.
However, the check-in time is strictly controlled after 15:00. If you arrive early with a large suitcase, you can leave it at the hotel first and come back to check in when the time comes.
Great care is taken to ensure guests experience comfort through top-notch services and amenities. First of all, the environment is very clean and the location is easy to find. You can take the bus directly from the JR station to Shirahama Station. You can walk there in five minutes according to the navigation. The owner's sister is a Chinese compatriot who has lived in Japan for many years. The breakfast prepared for the guests is also very exquisite. Knowing that the baby had a birthday that day, she specially prepared noodles and poached eggs in the morning, which was a surprise for the baby who loves noodles. On the last day, she also helped us book the best restaurant in this trip to Japan. The B&B is on Ginza Street. There are delicious restaurants around the B&B. The white sand beach is a five-minute walk across the street. I will choose here next time I come to Shirahama.
A quiet lodging where guests can enjoy the rich benefits of an ancient hot spring and luxurious kaiseki cuisine from Kishu Kumano. null

Although I only stayed in Shirahama for one night, I canceled two hotels in succession and came to Haiyue after struggling. In a quiet harbor, the boss was elegant and elegant, Lao Bai was enthusiastic and meticulous, and communication was smooth throughout the process. Opened more than a year ago, the facilities are very new, and the room is very big. You can lie on the tatami and watch the sunrise directly. You can drink up to 6 bottles of drinks a day and it is impossible to finish them. Pola toiletries have two series from makeup remover to moisturizer. There are also pigeons for children. The bathing supplies are so meticulous that they provide socks and silk eye masks. The bathing pool is super clean, and there are all kinds of ice creams for free, and the meals provided are also very rich. Despite his busy schedule, Lao Bai also drove part-time as a tour guide to take us to visit the scenic spots. He showed his sincerity in every aspect. He is already thinking about coming to Haiyue next time when the weather is hot.

The hotel is very close to the station, and Google map ”MU” is very clear and convenient. The front desk guy can communicate fluently in English and the introduction is very clear. Four girls shared a room. It was the first time for me to fold the tatami by myself. It was very convenient and clean.
In addition, the hot spring room on the first floor is also clean. It is currently off-season and the hot spring room is reserved. Luckily~ Finally, there is a restaurant on the second floor, which has everything from bread, coffee, eggs and milk. 👍🏻

The location is relatively remote. When we got to the JR station, there was no free shuttle bus. We had to take a taxi. It was a bit disappointing that there was no station shuttle.
Dinner is by reservation only. We didn't have a reservation for a hotel room or two meals. When we were hesitant about having dinner, the front desk staff was very proactive in providing dinner options. Finally, they took us to a Japanese and European restaurant in a big hotel on the beach, and even picked us up back to the hotel. Very thoughtful.
The room size is okay. The hot spring on the balcony is very comfortable. It's not too refreshing to soak in while watching the sunset~
The breakfast is exquisite, and the must-have pickled plums, a specialty of Kishu, are delicious!
I met a Chinese employee and chatted for a few words. It’s not easy to make a living alone outside.

GGuest UserThis time, I stayed in a suite room on the 10th floor for two nights.
Almost all the staff are foreigners, but they all work hard and can speak and understand Japanese almost normally, so there was no problem because they were foreigners.
However, the curtain in the large public bath is still dirty, and I was surprised that it had been dirty for five weeks and had not been washed, probably because the hotel's executives were not on patrol.
The carpet on the floor was also dirty and worn, and this is because it was left to deteriorate over time, but it is a state that cannot be found in a first-class hotel, and it is a shame that they have foreign staff who work hard.
*This may be the same everywhere, but this time I encountered a male staff member slacking off again.
When I went to the large public bath at 9 o'clock after breakfast, a male staff member was sitting on a chair and playing.
When they saw me, they would hurriedly clean up, but last week, a staff member got naked, took his smartphone and went to the open-air bath and talked while bathing, so it seems that male staff members have a habit of slacking off.
*There are sauna mats provided, but after checking in I went to the large public bath early to use the sauna, and found a large number of used mats there.
They were still there in the same state in the morning, and I thought they probably hadn't been properly washed, so I didn't use the sauna.
It seems that executives should be patrolling the area.
ЮЮрий555Grampus Shirahama A modest hotel right near the ocean. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was all dirty. I wouldn’t want to stay here in summer. The breakfast was nearly the same as in every other hotel in Japan, though the grilled fish was a bit stale. The dining room has a wonderful view over the ocean. The staff almost didn’t speak English but tried to help anyways. Plus: the hotel has its own onsen. Minus: no bathroom in the rooms, only toilets on the floor, no shower.
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
RRickyOverall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good.
Improvement:-
It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room.
It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day, as we were dining two days with almost same food.
