"The cooking facilities in the house are complete, the whole is clean and tidy, the only thing is that the garden is an outdoor place, all of which are non-smoking. 😅"
A quiet lodging where guests can enjoy the rich benefits of an ancient hot spring and luxurious kaiseki cuisine from Kishu Kumano. null
"The room is very big, with great views and is very quiet. It is located close to Shirahama Station and the seafood market. The bus to the door is a 10-minute walk. The road is a bit dark at night. It is very convenient to take the bus to the beach and the Three Broken Walls, but the waiting time is too long. There are not many places to eat around. There is a pretty good ramen restaurant near the bus station. I suggest you either go back to the hotel after eating or book dinner at the hotel. The hotel actually has a shuttle bus that can take you to Shirahama Station. You just need to make an appointment with the front desk in advance, which is great. It's a bit inconvenient that you can't take a shower in the house, you can only go to the hot spring, but the hot spring is open from 6 to 9 in the morning. If you get up late, you may not be able to take a shower. We didn't dare to try it. A full meal for two people at the seafood market only costs 300 RMB. To go to Nachi Taisha Shrine and Kumano Kodo, you have to calculate the bus and Kuroshio Current time. It is still worthwhile to go there and back in one day. It is much more convenient than Kii-Katsuura. I stayed here for four days and three nights. I went to different places every day and came back to soak in hot springs to relieve fatigue. It is very cost-effective. By the way, Conan fans will feel very good."

"This was a very happy journey. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and stylish. You can tell at a glance that a lot of thought was put into it. The room was large and Japanese style. The Chinese lady boss was very elegant and considerate. She patiently introduced the route and food. You can ask her if you don't understand anything. The breakfast was exquisite and delicious. Living here didn't feel like a foreign country at all. I will definitely come here again next time."

"Close to Bus stop, Lawson and many restaurant nearby. Staff are very nice and helpful.
Room is fairly clean but it smells like its not yet been used for a while, old and not eough air flow. Even the air freshener machine cant help.
Also, there is no lift to annex building, be aware if you carry large suitcase."

Amazing
KKwong88102oVery good. The room is very large. There is a hot spring bath. It is very clean. There are also attractions nearby. There is a microwave, oven, and coffee machine in the lobby.
GGuest UserThere is a very detailed introduction to the hotel in the comments. Let me add a few points.
Taking a taxi from Shirahama train station to the hotel costs 2,200 yen, and the bus costs 410 yen per person. If you are a family of three, then definitely take a taxi.
The hotel swimming pool is free of charge and does not provide yukata. It seems that you need to buy or rent it yourself. But it doesn’t matter. You can take a bath in the public bathroom without a yukata. The outdoor bath in the bathroom is supposed to be a hot spring, the rest are definitely not.
00yaoyao2029The hotel is very close to the station, and Google map ”MU” is very clear and convenient. The front desk guy can communicate fluently in English and the introduction is very clear. Four girls shared a room. It was the first time for me to fold the tatami by myself. It was very convenient and clean.
In addition, the hot spring room on the first floor is also clean. It is currently off-season and the hot spring room is reserved. Luckily~ Finally, there is a restaurant on the second floor, which has everything from bread, coffee, eggs and milk. 👍🏻
--lotusShirahama's value for money ceiling. You can enjoy the hot springs in the main building, and it is very close to the popular restaurants and ramen shops. To the north, you can reach Shirarahama, and to the south, you can reach Sandanbeki. The room is considered large in Japan, and there are many shared facilities.
However, the check-in time is strictly controlled after 15:00. If you arrive early with a large suitcase, you can leave it at the hotel first and come back to check in when the time comes.
GGuest UserHotel is generally clean and tidy as usual in Japan. Free parking which was excellent compare to costly parking in bigger cities. We loved the private onsen, our room was massive!
GGuest UserFacilities: The onsen is a traditional Japanese hot spring. While the outdoor bath doesn't offer scenic views, the water temperature was perfect. We stayed in a Japanese-style room this time. The occupancy was low, so it was peaceful and uncrowded.
Cleanliness: It was spotless and met all standards.
Environment: The location is fantastic! It's right next to Senjojiki and just a 3-5 minute walk from the only small restaurant in the vicinity.
RRuiThe hotel is equivalent to domestic Samsung, but the room is large, one double bed and one single bed, two double sofas, one massage chair. Right to the sea, there is a supermarket downstairs and very close to the bus stop. If you don't buy a day card in Shirahama, the bus needs to pay cash, and various kinds of transportation cards such as watermelon cards will not work. One poise and two foods, the meal is not luxurious, but it is definitely an experience. If there is an introduction, there will be a special person to send it to the room. Someone from the store will help with the luggage, drive the door, and send a farewell. Hot springs are 150 yen per person. This time, the children who were under 6 years old did not receive extra money for accommodation, and there was no extra charge for sharing meals with adults.
GGeraldLim1Beautiful Ryokan! The room I stayed in had tatami floors and western beds. The doors slide instead of open outwards like they usually do. Toilets are relatively small, but the shower had great water pressure and temperature! However we did not shower much because.. We showered at the Onsen instead since we were there to spend time! The Onsen is tattoo-friendly as confirmed by the check in staff, and the water really had skin smoothing effects. Yukatas are available at lobby area for all guests, and level two has a restaurant with microwave and ice machine outside for your konbini meals. No view from the room, but that's fine cos the Onsen itself was worth a visit. Steep short hill up to the lobby, but if you drive then that's fine. Free to use outdoor BBQ area, but didn't have the chance to. Rooms were comfy, sleep was good with minimal disturbance. Side note: my underwear got stolen at the onsen and I never managed to find it back again but that's fine cos it was worth the Onsen experience. Stayed two nights here, no regrets, would totally do it again! Oh and Onsen area has got numbered lockers to store your belongings but not your undies!
GGuest UserOverall was a good experience and nice environment, food was good.
Improvement:-
It will be good to have buggy service for customers regardless of time as some of us may have big and many luggages to carry by hand to the room.
It will be better to have more different variety and choice of dinner food the next day, as we were dining two days with almost same food.
