Ground floor apartment consisting of kitchen, living room, a bathroom (with a shower instead of a bidet) and a bedroom with a double bed. Independent entrance. In the structure it is the most "modern", both in terms of furnishings and renovation.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking (pots, utensils, lids, etc.) and for eating (plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.).
In the bedroom there is a double bed and a small sofa (not a sofa bed). In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. The wood is available to guests and is located outside the structure.
The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning because, given the thickness of the walls, it is not necessary. The apartment is naturally cool. Looking out the windows you can see the forest. The bedroom window overlooks the part of the structure where in the past there was a wood-burning oven (still existing but not usable).
In the evening the external lighting turns on automatically.
Outside the structure there is a charcoal barbecue (available to guests) and a brazier. Also outside the structure there are tables (also covered), chairs and benches.
Deckchairs are also available for guests to read a book, sunbathe or simply relax.
The structure is entirely surrounded by greenery, fields and woods, where you can take pleasant walks. A large garden surrounds the structure. From the farmhouse you can easily reach, on foot or by bike, the Ermicciolo park where you can admire the sources of the Vivo and the Eremo del Vivo.
There are many paths, marked and not, the ideal place for those who love being in the middle of nature, walking and cycling.
To reach the structure it is necessary to travel a short stretch of dirt road easily passable with any type of vehicle.
n.b.: for hygiene reasons we do not provide condiments (oil, salt, etc.) or coffee and tea
N.b.: the services that the apartment provides are well described. In particular I would like to point out that there is a moka and there is no coffee machine with pods.
Second floor apartment. Its main feature is the maintenance of the original floor that was in the structure during the renovation; obviously it has some imperfections but, in our opinion, it is beautiful. It has been cleaned and scrupulously restored without removing, however, all the imperfections that characterize it. Another peculiarity of the apartment is the presence, in the living room/kitchen area, of a small mezzanine. Before the renovation, to go up there were not the stairs that are now but a small "climb". In the old structure this room was the granary.
It is a rather large apartment consisting of a living room with kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (one single and one double) and 2 bathrooms (one for the exclusive use of the double bedroom).
Independent entrance.
To reach the entrance of the apartment you need to go up a small external flight of stairs and one internal.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking (pots, lids, utensils, etc.) and for eating (plates, cutlery, glasses, etc.)
The bathrooms are both equipped with all the usual services.
In the living room there are two comfortable armchairs and a wood-burning fireplace that can be safely lit. The wood is available for guests and is located outside the structure.
N.b. the fireplace cannot be used as a waste incinerator (each apartment is equipped with a dustbin and outside there are containers for separate waste collection) or for cooking (outside there are barbecues and a brazier available to guests).
In the small mezzanine of the living room there are two armchairs and a lamp. We liked seeing it as an alternative space to read a good book and see the living room from above.
In the apartment there is free wifi internet connection, available to guests.
N.b.: The wifi works with the Eolo satellite dish (the area is not served by fiber) so the connection is not super fast. The presence of very thick walls may mean that, on certain days, the internet connection is not able to serve all the rooms of the apartment.
There is no air
