"One of the better hotel rooms we have been in. Nice open space with allot of room for the kids to play. The hygiene and comfort was excellent. The staff was also very helpfull and friendly. 100% reccommend people to go there. Dont be fooled by the outside pf the building. The hotel room inside is a hidden gem."

"A lovely room that was much larger than expected. Lots of storage space and it was really clean.
We loved the view from the room (see pictures), and the check in instructions were easy. I would advise we had to use google translate to get the English version but they made complete sense once translated.
Would definitely recommend for any length of stay in Bari!"

"Very good place to stop. Near Bari Chentrale Station. It was convenient to travel. The room for one small but it was visible and known when booking. There is a refrigerator, a teapot, a coffee machine (for 1 capsule a day). Beautiful, big bathroom, sized like a room. There is a balcony, exit to the interior courtyard. The room is beautifully decorated in sea style. The guest house itself is very comfortable, decorated with taste. Breakfasts are beautiful, abundant. There are eggs, cheese, sausage, yogurt, bread, butter, cruaxan, beverages, sweet cakes, bread, etc. The hosts give the door keys . The area near the station is quite clean and safe. Near the sea and the old city, there is also a beautiful pedestrian street nearby.If you compare with Naples, where the area near the station is full of tres and horror, here in Bari everything is decent. The hosts are very pleasant people."

"Very beautiful in a large room. If you tell us the check-in time, the staff will be waiting (not self-check-in), which is very convenient. Of the minuses, the hotel is located far from the railway station and the old city. There is a bus, but the intervals are 30 minutes."

MMary KangWhat an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

GGuest Userit was Trulli(magnificent)idea to choose stay at the Trullidea! First of all: the location is great - at the very center of the Alberobello Trulli vilagge, but a bit aside which wakes it even more comfortable. The house has got everything you need: little kitchen, with coffeemaker and other facilities, fine bathroom, large bed, and a sitting part. It is arranged with a smooth Italian touchand spotless clean.
The staff from Trullidea work perfect as well. They will tell you everything what you need to know about the village and all the places worth visit.
Breakfast was served in a nearby caffe and consisted of buffalla cheese, prosciuto, pan and coffee - everything superfresh and supertasty!
I recommend Trulliidea and their lovely houses for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Alberobello!

The manager/person in charge was very courteous and attentive, allowed us to check-in later and helped us throughout the process with chat and video. He was always a message/phone call away and responded rather quickly. Located perfectly and just walking distance of supermarket, pharmacy, coffee house, stores and places to eat. Plus just a short drive away from amazing places to visit. Would definitely recommend and consider booking again when I’m back in the area.

HHilary UKExcellent find right next to Basillica - main cathedral so everything is easy walking distance and the end nearer to way to train so really easy to get there (not all through old town streets). In Centro storico with cobbled streets yet quiet at night so slept really well. Gas hairdryer, coffee pods and air con / heating and fridge and en-suite so all good 👍 will return for sure. GGuest UserUnfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.
I never did get to play a game of billiards.

AAkkarpanThis place is all about location, location, location—absolutely fantastic spot in a very touristy Italian town, and at $40 a night, you really can’t beat the price. It’s definitely more of a tech-savvy, Japanese micro-hotel style setup. There’s no front desk, no keys—just your phone to check in and access the room. That worked fine for us, but if you’re looking for a more traditional hotel experience, this might not be your vibe.
The building itself is a converted apartment, now split into five rooms. Communication was great—the hosts were very responsive via WhatsApp. A lot of the reviews rave about cleanliness, but we did have a bit of a hiccup there. Our shower was backed up, and when maintenance came, they pulled out what looked like a small poodle from the drain. That definitely raised some concerns about how thorough the cleaning was before our stay.
That said, once the issue was resolved, everything else went smoothly. If you’re used to minimalist setups and just need a great base in a great location, it’s a solid option. Just don’t expect luxury or even a full-service hotel feel. Overall: good, not great—but would consider staying again.

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

GGuest UserVery close to the airport, when you search for the hotel name it shows it is inside the airport, which is wrong, it is 20 min walk from the Bari Airport.
The taxi drivers charge 20Euros for a minimum drive, as it is very close. I had to pay because I needed to leave at 4AM alone and I wouldn't walk by this time. Very nice apartment, big bathrooms. Comfortable for an easy night before a flight - far away from the city - not the place to be when you want to go touristing in the town.

TTimothyThe place was minimal but had everything you needed. Breakfast in the morning was to say poor at least (pre prepared from packets) no ham/cheese.. only jam and packet croissants with toast.
Ideally close to the small harbour with local restaurants, but NO parking allowed on-site.
I thought the place was totally in-personal, but very crisp in the tiny bedroom.

GGuest UserThe location of the apartments is good, to the Basilica of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker min. 10-15 walk along the embankment. To the beach Pane e Pomodoro is also not so far, it is nice to walk along the embankment, and it is beautiful in Bari. The old town is nearby and all the shops. The check-in was interesting. At the beginning you had to register online, you receive a code, on the wall by the door there is a safe, you enter the code and take the keys, go into the common corridor near the apartment there is another safe there is also a key directly to your apartment. The room was clean, not to say that it is very cozy, but we only came there to sleep. There were no breakfasts. Otherwise, I liked everything. Thank you.
