All staffs especialy the security upon arrival were superb! I had problem with the bed and the phone didn’t work. The staff came immediately to fix and help me to move to another room. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel due to the superb service, cleanliness and the friendly fast response staffs. Only one note that they are very strict with check in and check out time.

I just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks for the excellent service I have consistently received during my stays at this hotel. This is not my first time staying here, and I am always impressed with the warm hospitality and comfort you provide. In 2019, I brought my friends along, and in 2020, I returned with my mum and her friends. This year in 2024, I came back with my mum and husband, and once again, we had an amazing stay. Your team never fails to make us feel welcome, and that’s why I always choose your hotel whenever I travel to Yogyakarta. I look forward to staying with you again in the future. This is amazing hotel for its price. First of all, the room is sufficiently big. The bed is comfy, and you got 4 pillows. Amenities are complete. You even got the premium glass water bottle. The room and hotel style is matching the Keraton style, so you got the Yogyakarta vibe upon staying , and this is very nice. The TV is loaded with Netflix, HBO, Prime, Disney+, and other local channels. Cabinet is surprisingly clean, despite its classic retro style looks. The hotel is right downtown, so it is near to go amywhere. Next to it there is a cafe, so I can get coffee and cake with ease. Plenty food to select on gofood nearby the hotel. It has car park. The hotel doesn’t have so many rooms, so it felt like very private, quiet, and comfortable. The best part is their staffs’ warm welcome and high quality service level. When I book the hotel, I made a mistake regarding the date (I think the app automatically changed to next week if I am booking it next day or something). So I ended up book for the following week. The app said this hotel is non-refundable and cannot adjust the check in time. I contacted the hotel directly and they are EXTREMELY nice and very accommodating. Despite the rules of non changing from the platform, they bypass the system and allow me to change to the date I plan to visit. So far, I only encounter this level of flexibility and assistance only when I was staying in a high end 5-stars hotel. Therefore, big thumbs up for the hotel management! 👍👍👍

In general we are quite satisfied with the condition of the rooms, cleanliness and food. Coincidentally we got a room on the 6th floor. The thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi connection which is quite difficult on the 6th floor, but in the lobby it is quite smooth. Apart from that, the position of the prayer room is on the basement floor which is less representative. Hopefully it can be repaired and improved in the future. Thank you (Edwar Alizar).

Well the room is amazing, very quiet even tho my room next to the main road, The TV with smart tv so you can enjoy netflix and youtube, Only the bathroom just fine nothing special, main bed room is elegant love it, Need to put note to the housekeeping more some cleanliness. In my bed, toilet i found women hair

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the service is very good, the location is very strategic because it is close to Malioboro

Strategic location , many restaurant near hotel. Check in on time at 2pm and can’t early check in but its ok. Room clean 😊
